I recently bought a bike from Nubuk. In the morning of the next working day I had a phonecall from them, checking which delivery time would be more convenient, and the bike arrived the day after, at the arranged time. It was properly packed and in good condition.
I ordered 45NRTH Wolfgar boots to Slovenia and everything was OK. Nubuk store informed me about a delay in delivery, but delay was for a day or two. Actually I recieved my order in 10 days since I place the order.
Ordered a Sworks stumpjumper , waited 10 days and it's on my door..Well packed and all parts and accessories are complete .I sent only 1 email for update because I know stocks are hard to find because it's on sale but I have confidence . I would definitely order again from this shop .
Don't have what they say in stock. Wait 1 week, then you get an email telling you that.

Wished I read these reviews before placing an order. Obviously the order was never shipped, and they do not respond to emails (for a week) or phone. Clearly a scam website.

Poor communication. Didn't receive article that I had ordered. In spite of this I could still use this article, otherwise one star instead of three.
I am very satisfied, best price, speed, quality. On Saturday, May 13th, I ordered the Kenevo SL, and on Tuesday, May 16th, around 11 o'clock in the morning, it was delivered to Bavaria. There was a minor issue with a non-functional tracking link, but I contacted the seller, who sent me a new, functional link within a few minutes. The delivery was handled by GO! I can't complain about any significant errors on the part of the store. I unnecessarily got alarmed by negative reviews. I understand that some people may have had a negative experience, but I am 100% satisfied. The bike arrived packaged exactly as if it came directly from Specialized, it was updated to the latest software version, and it doesn't have a single flaw.
Bought a serious Abus lock, the price in this shop was the lowest. Dispatch was quick, and the package arrived without any issues. The only problem I noticed was that the order information tracking link in the order confirmation email didn't work (internal server error every time I tried opening it). The customer service sent me the tracking number upon my request, though.
Fast delivery and super service
I ordered bicycle spare parts on Friday 5 February, received an email immediately about my purchase.
On Wednesday 10 February, I received an email that my item was on its way with DPD, which is the fastest shipping way to Denmark.
I have received my item on February 15, without any problems.
I think Nubuk Bikes has provided a great service.
I read reviews on Trustpilot.com where there were many very dissatisfied customers.
I did not know if I dared to trade with Nubuk Bikes.
But it is "only" 134 reviews, where 67% are dissatisfied, I thought that Nubuk Bikes must have many more customers than the 92 customers who are dissatisfied.
Maybe there are not so many of the satisfied customers who write a review.
