Nu-Heat designed and supplied a full heating system for our Victorian terraced property extension / full renovation, including air source heat pump. It was then installed by one of their approved installers.

The team at Nu-Heat were impressive: responsive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Easily one of the best suppliers we engaged with during the project and couldn’t recommend more.

I’m doing a small room refurb with ufh. The team at Nu-heat have been incredibly supportive. I have been treated as well as someone doing a whole house project. I won’t detail how I managed to mess up the ordering but needless to say Nu-heat provided exceptional customer service and sorted things out for me. Cheers Keith and the rest of the team.

Soft start and pump broke leaving us with no heating or hot water feb 2024, was quoted over 14 days for an engineer to come out despite the fact I'm Asthmatic.

Eventually came out fixed the pump but then system broke 48hrs later, had to get them back out again of which there was another wait and they diagnosed the soft start. Replaced and this fixed the issue. Cost £2500. Their call out is £275+VAT which is ridiculous. They did try to charge us for the 2nd call out but only after us complaining waivered the charge.

Oct 25 there is now a soft start error on the system again, emailed them yesterday 28th Oct and was told I need to be at home for an engineer to call me, called them today 29th Oct and they said they will get an engineer to call. He has called and told me to take the front off so they can check something, now not called back again and no one in the office. They also quoted if an engineer needs to come out will be 2-3 weeks again.

The customer service is absolutely appalling and to find engineers that deal with this system (Ground source heat pump) is near on impossible.

I talked to there advisor he was excellent help me understand the fault and what I needed to repair it.

Tech support were helpful and part was delivered within a couple of days. Simple to fit and heating now working again

Nu heat installed the system, but it has defeated their recommended engineers so many times, that I'm writing this review in absolute frustration. I have a store room that is too hot to walk on barefoot which cannot be turned off, the area where we live cannot be turned on and is bitterly cold, and the backup from the recommended team is hopeless. I have never written a negative review in my life, but having just concluded a very unproductive conversation with NU-Heats technical support, Morwen, I feel duty bound to warn other customers about this system and it's failures.

I ordered a complete underfloor heating system through City Plumbing, please note city were very helpful and were great. The company Nu-Heat and Omnie were another kettle of fish all together. Promises of deliveries were made and nothing was adhered too. The excuses were child like and despite talking with them differing excuses came out. The staff were not helpfull at all and merely towed the company line. The parts were ordered weeks ago and paid for up front. I had to change the order from Omnie TorFloor 2 to Nu Heat Nu Deck as the Omnie boards were supposedly not "certified" as Nu Heat had taken them over yet another fabrication. I was offered the alternative Nu Deck boards and promised delivery for 10/10/2025. Plumbers and electricians were informed and came on site only to be told on Friday morning that Nu Deck had recalled all it's board as it had been incorrectly "printed" I have now cancelled the order with these people and would urge anyone thinking of dealing with them to think again

While their pricing may be marginally higher than competitors, they offer a comprehensive solution, encompassing design, renewable energy systems, underfloor heating, and excellent after-care support. We highly recommend Nu-Heat as a reliable, all-in-one supplier.

The engineer I talked to was helpful. However given the product I then ordered (simply 5 off MBC-C - Manifold blanking caps) weighed very little and only cost £3.95, I think charging £10 delivery is wrong.

Product / service was great unfortunately my ability to fit it was not. Electrician is due next week then life will return to normality. Many thanks for your help and support.
