Deception
Offered a property and they asked for a holding deposit because of the pandemic, agreed and we put some contract terms in place, on arrival property was not as advertised and had no drinking water or Septic tank that could be emptied, under the contractual terms following a trip from the UK requested the holding deposit back which is required under Montenegro law they will not comply, now having to start a lawsuit in Montenegro to get it back. Given this money was to setup a young man with Disabilities, and I had to isolate for two weeks on return as they set a deadline. Exploiting people and obtaining money by deception not great qualities for a business.
