Incapable of the work. BE WARNED!

They took a HUGE deposit for a full van conversion, promised they could do anything, convinced me they were highly skilled. (More fool me for believing them - they certainly can talk the talk! ) Once they got the money they left me hanging for 8 months - excuse after excuse, unmet deadlines were standard. Once they have your money, they disappear. Giving excuse after excuse - starting with emotional, then veering into radio silence, unanswered calls, unanswered emails, and when you finally chase them up at their workshop (when they are actually there) there are a 101 excuses as to why it’s not been done. They seem to think they’re doing you a favour? Not how to run a business. Very charming and convincing at the start until they get your money, but they are simply not up to the work. The variety of lies and the excuses were unbelievable. My new van was butchered beyond belief. I’m a year down, had to pay for insurance but had no van, and thousands of pounds out of pocket, as, not only did they charge me for the shoddy work and materials I’ve not had, I’ve had to pay every single job NT Cowboys did to be taken out and reinstalled properly. Snagged wiring loom, the installation of the pop top was dangerous and incorrectly sealed, (even after rectifying) it was still not fit for purpose - I had to take it and pay the manufacturers to finish the job… windows not fitted correctly and had to be re-installed… diesel tank leaking… the list goes on..and on… far too many to mention!! I was going to take them to court to be claim back the money they already owed me together with the costs to correct, but found they had 3 CCJs (County Court Judgements) 2 of which were unpaid. One of which was over £20K. This speaks for itself.

DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH THIS COMPANY! Dreadful company with no morals. Please take my experience and this review as a warning and steer well clear! At least do your homework if you don’t believe me - check the state of their finances via Companies House and regarding CCJS you can pay for £8 to check for yourself - which is worth it - it will save you thousands, and maybe even your life!
