Bad Attitude and Platform Limitations

Noysi shoots multiple promotional emails to the employees who have never signed up for their promotions.
This raises questions about their respect for user consent and data privacy.

My interaction began when I questioned Noysi about their practice of sending promotional emails to all users, including employees, rather than limiting these communications to administrative contacts. The response from Noysi was that their business model relies on direct promotion to all users due to their minimal spending on advertising. They justified this by stating the necessity of selling lifetime offers and upgrades to sustain their business model.

However, when I expressed concerns over the potential misuse of employee data, the dialogue took an unsettling turn. The response from Noysi was dismissive and lacked accountability. They insisted that there was no need for justification as no crime was committed and suggested that uninterested employees could simply unsubscribe from the emails. This interaction left me with the impression that Noysi is more concerned with defending their practices than addressing legitimate customer concerns about consent and data privacy.

Moreover, beyond the communication issues, the platform itself seems to lag behind in terms of features and overall user experience when compared to its competitors. The lack of responsiveness and adaptability to customer feedback about these issues only adds to the frustration.

Terrible and Arrogant PR (You will be BLOCKED) and Disgusting Misallocation of Resources

I have used NOYSI (led by the PR-incompetent CEO) for more than 1 year and WAS initially very excited with its offerings. However, it is now clear that besides "stabilising" the platform and removing "bugs", the company is doing little to add any extra useful features or attend to update their roadmaps.

Their PR is terrible and a lot of times the NOYSI team led by their crude CEO (Héctor Castillo) is awfully arrogant and disrespectful! Whenever you question their lack of updates for features or roadmaps, he will be furious and provide excuses saying that it is not even easy to maintain the platform etc.

Hence, I was shocked when the CEO announced that he will be launching a separate platform that provides ERP tools etc. Wait a minute, if he mentions that his team could not cope with during maintenance work, they have ample time and resources to launch a new platform?

After questioning this in a well-mannered way in the official chat, I WAS REMOVED AND KICKED OUT without any explanations given.

I am not the only one. Many who questioned the company have been blocked and removed.

It is clear that the priorities of the whole NOYSI team are completely skewed. Rather than addressing the existing flaws and limitations of Noysi, they choose to divert their attention elsewhere, leaving loyal users in the lurch.

It is a mind-boggling choice to introduce a whole new platform when the existing one is in desperate need of improvements. The lack of new features and updates for Noysi is glaringly obvious. Users have been patiently waiting for enhancements that would make their experience better, but all they receive are empty promises and excuses.

It is baffling how they fail to see the value in nurturing their existing user base and delivering on their promises. By neglecting the needs of their loyal customers, they are effectively driving them away and tarnishing their own reputation.

If Héctor Castillo truly cared about his users and the success of Noysi, he would prioritize addressing the shortcomings of the current platform. It is a disservice to everyone involved when a company chooses to ignore the demands and desires of its customer base in favour of pursuing new ventures.

Noysi’s misallocation of resources is not only disappointing but also a warning sign for potential users. If they cannot be trusted to invest in making their current platform better, how can they be trusted to deliver on their promises for any future offerings? It is a clear indication that Noysi does not prioritize user satisfaction or the improvement of their services.

Noysi’s decision to invest time and resources into a separate platform instead of addressing the flaws in their current offering is not only baffling but also deeply disappointing. Potential users should take this as a sign that Noysi may not be the reliable and customer-focused platform they claim to be.
