Didn´t deliver didn´t refund. Falsely claimed that I cancelled the order. Swindlers.

Bought two pieces, sent them back and even after 50 mails no money return = easy = just rip off

I agree total scam. Only after a month did I find out the shirt was unavailable after I had to hound them. They offered to give me a credit and I said no I want a refund on my MasterCard. It has been since October and I still have yet to receive a refund. I am going to call MasterCard now especially after I have seen all the reviews. They obviously are ripping a lot of people off.

Total Scam. Despite several emails to them, have not received a sweater I ordered 4 months ago.

Novawoo is a scam. I ordered two sweaters from them in October and still have not received them. They say their factory is packed with back orders so they cannot deliver. I have asked on several occasions for a refund and they are refusing to do so. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Website not designed to accept anything other than a USA postcode. Ordered 1st Oct 19 and chased early December 19 as a Xmas present. They nonchalantly said they had sat on the order as I hadn't even a zip code. I explained 5 times I'd given a postcode and asked why they sat on the order and not updated me. I asked to cancel and refund me. But they ignored 5 more emails of this request and posted it anyway. 10 emails further down the line, they are sending nonsense automated emails and refusing to cancel., refund or reimburse. A total disaster. Avoid

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Ordered 2 items on Oct.8th, 2019 and after contacting then several times they informed me on November 30th one of the items was no longer available over a month after ordering ( the only reason I found out was because I kept emailing them ) The items are still shown on website today. They asked me to substitute the item and they would send that one and have not heard a single response from them since, and I have emailed multiple times. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! BEWARE !! TOTAL SCAM!!

POOR poor relations, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! They have a ridiculous return policy, not worth it. Now they wont return my e-mails, no response what so ever. They are NOT in it for business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Extremely poor. Ordered two items. Only one item arrived and the other was the wrong size and not what I ordered. Cannot contact them as all the links on the confirmation e-mail do not work.

Very negative experience. Seller sent one item of two ordered stating the other item was out of stock. Numerous emails followed always signed with a different name. The seller ignored my request for partial refund and offered me a coupon or request I chose another item before eventually the responses stopped. The case was eventually resolved through PayPal claims. I would never use this company again. Novawoo requested I cancel the PayPal claim before they would refund me. PayPal advised me not to do this. The item sent was not very good quality.

I'd give this ZERO stars if I could.

Items were the incorrect size (they did not even come CLOSE to fitting), and were of poor quality. While the Novawoo.com website promises refunds for returns, I had ongoing emails for a month with at least 9 different representatives. I had to repeatedly request instructions on where to return the items. Please know that I have saved every single email communication from their team, which documents the frustrating process and contradictory instructions regarding returning products, which differs from what they advertise on their website. When I asked about returns, they first simply offered me a discounted coupon for a future purchase. When I did not accept that, they then offered to let me keep the items, for only a partial refund. When I did not accept that, only THEN did they provide me with a return mailing address. But when I read about the questionable location, and asked why the "phone" number they provided was only a fax number, and when I asked what was the FULL name of the contact the returns should be made to, and when I asked WHY I couldn't return the items in person, and WHY they would only accept packages from a USPS service, they provided no answers. I sent them the clothing, the original tags and labels, as well as photos of the clothing and my USPS receipt, AND a PDF proof of delivery for the return.

GUYS, THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM. (Notice how they don't even list a valid phone or email address?) Their return policy is VERY suspicious (they only responded to my requests after I bombarded their Facebook adds with comments; they were slow to provide a return address, and they insist you ONLY use USPS services), and when I returned my items, they denied having received them. Enter a proof of delivery from a USPS official, and the company STILL would not offer me a refund. I had to get PayPal involved, who refunded me the full price, fortunately. Oddly enough, Novawoo only offered to give me a refund IF I canceled my PayPal dispute. My response to them: "No. I have given you every opportunity to cooperate and refund me the money before. Why on earth should I trust you to do so now?"

delivered wrong items I did not ordered. by the way...completly cheap material. they want me to pay the return shipping fee for their! fault. never ever this and the other shops coming up with the same pictures but differen shopnames. cheater!

This is a scam. Received a completey different, worthless product after one and a half month, refuses to refund the money paid.

Absolute joke, took my money for some clothing. Waited 2 weeks to receive nothing. Emailed them and they promised they would supply me with a shipping number. Never received it. Luckily i had paid via PayPal so i could claim the money back via them.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have since read on forums of similar experiences from other buyers.

Totally wasted my time.
