The agent who served me (Michael) listened, discussed and provided sensible advice so that my requirements were met. I have used Novatech for many years and they never fail to provide the goods. All ready within a few days and now in use.

I bought my first desktop PC from Novatech back in 2013 and ran great for 12 years (albeit I had it upgraded a couple of times) but was unable to run Win 11 and with the support ending in Oct 2025 I went back to them and ordered the Reign Wraith (no longer available for sale) and had problems from day one. Something was wrong, the new monitor I bought from them (iiyama) kept crashing “no connection available to the monitor”. Connected the monitor to my laptop and it ran fine so I knew the problem had to be with the tower/box. Contacted support and they arranged for it to be sent back.

Took them four weeks before a technician was available to looks at the problem, then another four weeks of testing and they could not find anything wrong. They sent the tower back with loose parts, which I didn’t know how to fix so I had to pay for someone to reattach the loose part. They never accepted any responsibility for the glitch, despite saying they did some bios/software upgrades. I ask for a refund to cover the costs of my having to pay someone to fix it back together and get it working. They said they would cover part of the cost but this never happened.

Their first line support staff were great but once it got referred to “management” they basically said it was not their faulty goods they had sent in the first place.

AMENDED: Six weeks without a pc which they finally returned in working order. I set up the PC on 25th September and finally got a working pc back on 7th November. I won't be "reaching out" to Novatech any time soon. The process of you fixing the fault was a prolonged and stressful experience.

Kept up to date with order details, dispatch etc. Item arrived in good time, packaged well and was as described/expected.

Some of the items out of stock. Conflicting information given about how long it would take.

Eventually did arrive, but had I know how long it would take would have ordered elsewhere.

Ease of use of website plus fast delivery

We bought a Reign Phantom PC and swapped out the case for a white one which looks great! we were really happy with the help and support we were given on the day when we ordered it collected. My son uses it for video editing and Blender so 32gig of ram, Intel CPU and MSI graphics card were up to the job!

Arrived when expected, for a good price.

The assistant was very helpful and even carried the PC case out to my car for me.

Usual excellent service from Novatech. As always, they stock great products at good prices and deliver them promptly.

Configured a custom gaming desktop computer through Novatech which was simple and easy to do plus also bought a couple of peripherals as well. Placing the order for these was straightfoward. Setting up the delivery method over the phone was easy and your team are very helpful.
The computer when it came was pre built to a very high standard and works like a charm, very happy overall.

This is the third PC I havebought from Nonatech and I cannot praise the staff, equipment and service enough. They are always helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They never try to sell you anything which is far beyond what is required.

I had been researching the product for a while. Having decided on what I wanted I ordered. The acknowledgement and the shipping happened all within half an hour. The goods arrived next day.
I am so pleased to go back to Novatech again the mother board kit was perfect and good value. The new case and power supply also were just what I needed. The build was easy. My only slight negative is instructions are quite old and not to current standards. I researched by the internet for specific items. I would buy again from Novatech.
