If i could no stars i would i ordered from this company on may 18th. Have still not reciveed my parcel let alone a confirmation about it. Total rip off

As stated by many people, this does not even deserve 1 star. This company is without a doubt a scam. I purchased an item over a month ago and have not even received a confirmation email, despite the money being taken instantly. I have made. Multiple attempts to contact the company, via email or the instant chat service and have Had no response. Do NOT purchase.

Do not order from this website. I ordered from here 2 months ago and I have still not received anything from them not even an order confirmation but the money has still been taken out of my bank account. I have tried to contact someone using the online chat but no one has responded to me. They basically take your money and don’t send you the product.

I ordered some magnetic eyelashes from NovaSkin a while back. I received a text saying my order has been received and they will contact me when it’s been shipped. The money has come out of my bank but I have not heard from them since. I have emailed & gone onto their live chat thing on the site but nobody is ever available to respond. I have tried contacting them 10 times now. I am furious. I will be telling everyone not to order from them and I will be posting about it on every social media site I have. I am disgusted at the people running this site/business whatever they want to call it. Scam artists.

Ordered as per loads on here. Poly gel nail kit. £29.99. Paid with my debit card. I got an acknowledgement however no goods received. This was on 19th May. Have sent loads of emails and no replies. Please don’t order from here. I noticed no PayPal on their site so they basically take your money and you don’t have PayPal back up! Having said that, I have reported them to my bank. They trade as a different name so all you need to do is find the amount / date and payee details in your statement and ask your bank to do a Chargeback. It’ll take a few weeks but they will help you.
Disgusted that these traders are still coming up on Google. Good luck everyone!

Ordered a month ago no confirmation but took the money. No answer to many emails.

Two weeks and no updates or order. Have emailed them more than once and no reply.
Will be calling my bank in the morning to get my money back and report them. Their online web chat doesn't actually work, having tried it 6 different times in one day I was told at each point they weren't available so it's obviously just a fake webchat.

Update - within an hour of posting this review I finally received a dispatch notice from them (but still no response to any of the many emails I've sent). Also conveniently bang on the 14th day the bank say you have to wait to dispute it.
They have just over another week to arrive and then if nothing my bank will be disputing it.

Also just to note, I've just tried to leave a negative review on the item (magnetic eyelashes) and no surprise it has to be approved by their websites admin.
Upon looking at the reviews on this item more I've just noticed every single one was posted on the same day so clearly they're all fake.

Update no 2 - Obviously nothing arrived, and again no response to emails. My bank have refunded the money 👍

Please don't waste your money.

I order a ploynails kit on the 7 June had a confirmation email from them the same day 41.50 was taken from my account on the 8 June I have emailed them 6 times now and still no one has contacted me back so I have contacted my bank and emailed the fraud department to report them and get my money back don't buy from this company take your money and that's it

I ordered something from Nova Skin at the end of May, I got a confirmation email and everything BUT haven’t been able to get in touch with them at all, I contacted my bank to receive a refund and report it SCAM, once doing that I had an email to say my product was on its way, so we shall see!

Very poor, was told it was a legit website, ordered a pore vaccum which was supposedly shipped on 22nd may... still not recieved. Several emails and no reply

Very disappointed with this company, like so many others I ordered without doing proper research, my product hasn't arrived and they are not responding to any emails I have sent. Doesn't even deserve one star!

it is a pity that I did not find this information about this company before. I wrote several e-mails to them and zero responses. I contacted the bank and I am waiting for my money to be returned, I hope I can get it back

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought the nail kit and still not received my item and they have not replied to the numerous emails!! I have also contact Trading Standards as I am not the only person this has happened to!!

Do not order from this ‘so called’ company, it’s a scam! Really wish I could rate it with zero stars. I really needed a blackhead remover and this company looked so so legit so I decided to order from it not realising it was a scam. I have emailed them several times about a refund and there has been no reply and there probably will be no reply.

Thought it was a genuine site and I was desperate for a blackhead remover, thought £20 wasn't bad - on sale too. I didn't do my research and hastily ordered the product. After 2 weeks now only realising it was a scam.

Ordered the polygel get with lamp not only have i not received it i could have brought the same one without the Nova logo for 7.50 off eBay. Don't order you wont get it and if you look on eBay will get it cheaper

Do not order they text u and take your money then nothing you can not get in touch with them by email or live chat and no item arrives Scam avoid

wish i read the other reviews before ordering. no product delivered and almost impossible to get hold of them. not only this but when i go onto their website, the product i ordered is no longer on there.

Same as the others.. Ordered polygel kit and light fit £42.50 May 16th and received nothing, no confirmation email, no response to numerous emails but they took the money! But after writing this review in late June they messaged with a shipping date. Will let you know, if I get it.
Its now August 2nd and its still not arrived. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
