An absolute and total con.
I ordered from Nova itself, the product did absolutely nothing. Their returns policy is a sham, no response to my returns request or any form of communication whatsoever.

I did not request this product but do not know how to return it. I am going to resend back to their return address Any suggestions

My package Got ‘lost’ and i never received it.
Its Been over a month now and they keep saying its on its Way and wont give me a refund.

Ashley from their customer services keeps saying it’s on its Way. But from the track/trace it’s lost. And the local courier confirmed this!

A Big scam. Stay away

This product works for me and even improves my hair. It doesn't irritate my skin or anything at all. I'm really enthousiastic about it. Customer Services is terrible, no response to emails

Just arrived haven't even opened as the packet stinks of chemicals...... Have requested an immediate refund.

I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before the purchase. The shampoo neither colours nor lather.

Waited 31/2 months for it to arrive. Bought 6 bottles after taking it for little over a month started having severe stomach pains. Ended up in hospital. If you get your order I am warning you don’t take it. Not worth the agony

I order the product. I only ordered one bottle. I hate auto purchases. I even used a card not connected to my bank account. Despite all that they still manage to scam me out of $49.50 twice. I hate these people.

I have been taking this as directed and so far, not only have I not lost weight, I gained weight!

I ordered light brown and a black dye came, I emailed and complained with a photo of the wrong dye. I now have the correct colour and kept the black one. I haven’t used it yet. The customer service was good, hassle free and I got the product I ordered, I guess they are learning.

Eventually arrived and bottle was leaking and sent black instead of light brown as I'd ordered will never buy again, and yes it went in the bin.

SCAM.. order over two months ago and nothing has been delivered. Emailed the company and no reply, not even a tracking number. I ordered directly from the company. I wonder if people ordering from Amazon have the same experience.
I have an update to my review. I notice you can get Nova thru Amazon and I got in touch with Amazon who were very professional, and I asked them if there was any problems when people ordered Nova products and if they have any idea about the veracity of the company, to what they replied with a link where I could contact Nova. I immediately connected with a Nova service rep and explained my situation. I gave them my order number and details, and they responded right away. They said they see my order being placed and that somehow my email did not reach their support service. They offered to contact their warehouse to see what the delay was and to make sure my package will be sent. I got some air of hope that they will come thru and deliver. Let see what happens next.

I have to agree with all the previous reviewers this is a completely SCAM, be aware that it is a physical address or phone number that you can communicate.

We ordered tablets months ago and they never arrived. We have sent emails to Nova and we have received no communication from them at all.

Scam taken my money no product no email no refund . Stay away from this company

This is a scam. Paid for 48 hour delivery 29th of December, updated shortly after to say dispatched but no tracking info. Still hasn’t arrived. Emailed 3 times now and no reply, states refund request must be done by phone but no contact number provided 🙄 Wish I had read reviews first will report to trading standards, disgusting preying on I’ll people . Please avoid at all costs !

This is a bloody scam! They have disappeared weeks after collecting my money and not one response to my email. People who contact this company are dealing with health issues so it is terrible they are using this as a money-making venture.

I will make sure I write a review every opportunity I get to discourage people from using this scam company
