Item was delivered late by RoyalMail then when i tried to return the parcel within the returns window i was told it was out of the returns window when it wasnt!
I was unhappy with the quality of the dress anyway i hadn't even tried it on! I just want my money back i dont even mind paying for the postage

Would not recommend and will never order from here again

I have emailed and i'm hoping a positive response on the returns but they definitely need to up their customer service

I’ve made about 3 orders in the last week because every item has been that amazing. The fit is perfect and sizings are spot on. All the clothes are really inclusive for mid size girls which I love. Absolutely addicted now already planning my next order. Customer Service is outstanding also and the returns process (not that you’ll need it) is seamless and fast

Love noughts and kisses, get half my wardrobe here haha! Just so disappointed they still don’t offer to sort returns on their end. Don’t even mind paying and for the postage to just be deducted from the returned amount. But having to sort a return out gets really frustrating, just a bad customer experience. Please consider this in the future! Puts me off buying things in case I need to return.

I don’t leave reviews often but I’ve just received my order and I couldn’t not give feedback on my experience. I ordered yesterday at about 1:30pm choosing standard delivery (2-4 days), my order was dispatched a couple of hours later and my order has come TODAY (on a Saturday, too). I can see my parcel was put on Tracked 24 delivery which I didn’t pay for but someone obviously put it on quick delivery for me anyway. This is my second time ordering from N&K and the quality has impressed me so much both times. I love the unique pieces that N&K do, you can pay the same - or more! - at Zara and not always get this quality or service. Will definitely be ordering again :) thanks guys x

I met an American lady in Barcelona who loved my noughts and kisses sunglasses so much I decided to give them to her. As soon as I left the beach bar I had to order myself another pair as I equally loved them so much too I couldn’t live without them!

Had a few things from N&K now and the quality really is next level - you get what you pay for. The designs are so different to anything else on the market at the moment and my products always arrive on time (and packed beautifully). I also love that next day delivery is sent using DPD and not Royal Mail or EVRi, which is such a reliable courier service. Obsessed! ❤️
