Donna from start to finish was amazing - she cares and she just wanted us to have the best holiday. She thought of everything and checked in on us without imposing - made sure we were happy and understood everything. I was so apprehensive of the cruise I was going on as I was taking my 87 year old mum and older kids, but Donna made everything super easy. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to sort your travel and holiday out as she has a great eye for a fabulous holiday. We can’t thank her enough.

The service provided by Donna Stacey was exceptional. We had an initial phone call to establish our needs and discuss ideas. Donna listened and provided choices that matched our needs. Her knowledge was superb. Donna also completed the check in processes which was excellent. Highly recommended!!

From start to finish, our whole experience was faultless. We met Tracey at the Newmarket Wedding Show and she helped support us to plan the perfect honeymoon. She went above and beyond to ensure that everything was exactly what we wanted and we knew instantly we were in safe hands. From the booking process, to being informed about flight changes, to the hotels that were recommend, everything was outstanding. We are so thankful for Tracey, and Not Just Travel, for providing us a once in a lifetime Kenyan Safari, followed by an all inclusive luxury break in Zanzibar. Everything was planned for perfection and was totally stress free our end. We would not hesitate to book through Tracey again, and highly recommend!

Natalie was tasked with finding me a last minute family holiday within a very specific time frame & good flights and to get back in time to start a new job! She came back with quick speed with 3 potential options in various cultural destinations, that all ticked the boxes of priorities for us. We opted for a week in Marrakech on an all inclusive board basis & everything was seamless from booking & checking in & Natalie even dropped us a message to wish us a happy holiday! We stayed at a lovely peaceful resort in with a free child place included. The hotel was just 20 minutes into the centre by a free hotel shuttle and the staff, service & facilities were great! Will definitely book with Natalie again! Excellent service & customer care!

Natalie Kersley is an amazing travel agent, she is helpful and efficient. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to Natalie who took on all the stress of booking and organising. She kept us up to date with everything and will organise everything, even airport parking and transfers. Highly recommend her. We have already used Natalie to book two more trips.

Ellie Parkinson arranged and organised our amazing trip to the west of Canada and the Rocky Mountains. The trip included two days on the Rocky Mountaineer, which was the most incredible experience. We had a full schedule of trips and visits and Ellie had everything sorted to the finest detail. We literally went according to our schedule that Ellie had arranged and we had the most wonderful time. A once in a lifetime trip made more special because we didn’t need to worry about a thing. A lovely lady called Catherine arranged our holiday earlier this year to Thailand, unfortunately the hotel wasn’t going to be open on time so at the last minute we had to find a new holiday. Catherine did all the hard work on our behalf getting new prices on various different countries, we finally settled on Jamaica and had an amazing holiday all thanks to her hard work.

We have just booked next year's holiday to the Maldives with Catherine who again worked really hard to look at all the different flight options etc and found us a fantastic deal.

Hope and Dean from Getaway Geeks did an amazing plan for our 3 week trip to New Zealand, it was jam packed with fun and exciting adventures. They had recommended places to visit we hadn’t even thought of. They booked accommodation, car hire and activities for our family of 4 plus my sister. It all ran smoothly with no issues along the way. All communication before hand was perfect, we knew all the information we needed before we traveled, as it was all in one place, so easy to follow.

Doug Tanner organised our 14 day honeymoon cruise through P&0, to the beautiful islands of the eastern Caribbean.
This was on P&0 largest and newest ship Arvia.
What an incredible ship and way to see the islands!
Doug arranged a honeymoon gift lift for us so our wedding guests could pay off this trip as a wedding gift.
As the date got closer he stayed in touch with myself and my wife regarding entry requirements for the islands and checking in etc all taken care of by Doug!
Can't wait to book our next one through him!

I live in Hertfordshire and used Venessa to help me find a holiday in Spain for me and my 10 year old son.

After having a phone conversation and a face to face meeting with Venessa. She came up with many options for what I was looking for. I cant stress enough the attention to detail that she went into for what I was looking for in a perfect holiday.
