The nasty attitude of a female I spoke with regarding the problem I had with a prescription they’d sent generic without a word to me about it was uncalled for.
Also on same call, same topic, a male who I first spoke with, whose accent was so heavy I was unable to understand him, whenever I requested to speak with someone else, was very argumentative. He should have complied rather than arguing and insisting that he would help me. It appears to me that the quality of people there generally is deteriorating. I’ve bought prescription drugs from NW Phcy since apx 2012, and never before have seen such conduct from anyone there.
NOT SURE HOW TO UPDATE REVIEW
But here goes. Today is Wednesday, 6/24/26.
In keeping with all my past experiences with NW Pharmacy, I had a phone call with a gentleman today who apologized for what happened earlier, and I was assured that going forward, their treatment of customers would be as good as I have experienced in the past with NW Pharmacy, which has been excellent. I will continue doing business with NW Pharmacy in the future.

Northwest Pharmacy - Quality products with quality service
For more than 7 years, we have been ordering from Northwest Pharmacy. We hope to continue for as long as we need medications. Every contact with them has been positive. A professional, helpful, and courteous individual (not a machine full of questions) has always answered the phone when we called. The automated order system is convenient and easy to use when we select that route. The medicines provided have been of the highest quality, and the cost is much lower (by more than half) than the same product purchased locally. The shipping time is a little longer than picking up locally, but well worth the time. The reminder service they provide helps keep us on track. I highly recommend Northwest Pharmacy.

Medications are affordable
Prices are much more reasonable than in the U.S. You can call and reach a live person who actually wants to help. I've been using them intermittently for about ten years and have never had a negative experience.

The System Works Flawlessly
The agents handling my order took care of the order without a hitch. Order was placed and I received it in a reasonable amount of time.
