Very easy to work with and transparent
Very easy to work with once I understood how to communicate. The hiccups/delay that did occur were totally about tariff issues that went away. The medications were for my dog and I was unable to get them in the U.S. They readily replaced one order when it did not arrive. This only happened one time and again in that crazy window of tariff issues.

Used NW for my cat's meds and now I use it for me
I originally began using Northwest Pharmacy because of my cat needing asthma medication. It cost me about 1/3 of what it costs in the US. Now I use the Pharmacy for my eyedrops (Restatis generic) as well. They have always responded quickly to any concerns I had, shipped on time and notified me of arrival dates. I couldn't imagine using any other pharmacy.

I have been utilizing Northwest Pharmacy for nearly 10 years. The service has been excellent.
One of the positives is it saves me costs as the price of medications in the US is becoming increasingly expensive.
Customer service has been extremely helpful with reminders as well as relaying information on issues with transport. All have been courteous,friendly as well as efficient.
