I bought cycling shoes which were sized by giving my foot measurements not just standard shoe sizing which was a great service. Dispatch was very fast although order tracking was slower to update. courier costs were very expensive and the courier service was very poor

Shipping costs for services
The repair service is labelled "free shipping" yet I was charged 9,99EUR for shipping on checkout. Makes no sense and is bad communication. Products are great.

NW Rebel:BOA pure quality
NW Rebel 3 Boa is damaged after 14 month. Replacement kit is just the rope and the upper part of the Boa. Damaged is the down part. Now I found plenty of reviews which shows that plenty of others has the same damage. Great sure but useless without Boa
