I have an almost new pair of Northwave Extreme XC 2 and broke one of the laces 6 weeks into riding them. I cannot order the laces from Northwave anymore as they no longer ship to the USA. I've tried going to local bike shops to replace them. Each bike shop I've gone into in Boulder, CO (USA) do not have Northwave shoes. I've checked with all the major bike stores and I'm in a large cycling community. They have all said, "contact Northwave". Northwave says "contact our distributor HLC", HLC says "order from your local bike shop". These $400+ shoes are now worthless... I went from BOA dials and laces to the Northwave version and will be moving back to true BOA products in the future.

Very disappointing experience — I feel scammed.
I paid for sunglasses and never received them. Here's a brief summary:

I placed an order two months ago, but due to an autofill error, the shipping address was set to my bank’s address in Poland instead of my actual address in Italy. I immediately contacted customer service to correct it and received a response confirming the change. However, the sunglasses were still sent to the original (wrong) address. My follow-up emails were ignored. Once the package arrived in Poland, the company claimed they would redirect it to Italy.

About a month later, the package supposedly arrived in Italy. However, the delivery attempts failed (according to the courier), though I received no notice or call. I contacted the courier company multiple times with no response. When I reached out to the sunglasses company again, they insisted—based on the courier’s information—that the package had been successfully delivered. This is simply not true.

After two months and dozens of emails, I have neither the sunglasses nor a refund. A very frustrating experience. I do not recommend this company.

The shoes I purchased are far too narrow for my feet, even though I have purchased Northwave shoes in the past and have been very happy with them. The cost of the shipping plus the DHL charges, as well as the cost to return them, made returning them pointless, so now I'm stuck with shoes that don't fit me. I won't make this mistake again.

Website was east to navigate, communication from NW was prompt and clear, product arrived really fast (Italy to Canada) and shoes fit great! Really happy with the items I bought and wouldn’t hesitate to order from NW again.

Poor quality sunglasses arrived and then they told me I would have to pay to send them back to China.

Unprofessional, one-word responses from their customer service rep - who appears to be in China. They just emailed me their warehouse address and that was it!

I won't be buying anything from them again. Steer clear!

Found product, and first purchase code worked, free delivery - great, now excited to receive my shoes

Had a problem because I forgot to place an order and customer service helped me. thats good and i hope they keep the promise of refunding the shipping costs. also i like the look of the products. one of not many beautifully designed jerseys.

Ordered late December 2024, didn’t get the product delivered by mid-April 2025 (despite it was on stock at the time of ordering)
