Top notch service
Top notch service at Northgate vehicle hire, I rented a van from them when moving house and have nothing but good to say about them, would definitely use them again in future. Very reasonable price and lovely staff.

Great experience
Great experience, used for several years now can’t do any better. Vehicle service, repairs all done without issues. Christine on front desk fantastic and so polite and makes visits a pleasant experience.

He took time to understand exactly what I needed, made everything smooth and stress-free, and went the extra mile to ensure I left fully satisfied. If excellent service had a name, it would be Asad — knowledgeable, friendly, and truly customer-focused. Travelled from quite far requiring a vehicle for my daily commute, wasn’t happy with other companies as I had issues previously regarding the attitude of their advisors, so went with Northgate and was not disappointed!
