Fast and effective support

It would be great to have a link which sends you to support on the app. I manage to go to the website and get in contact with support in less than 5' they (Doris) solved my problem

Why can't we use our own soap?

The washing machines make my clothes smell like rotten. Plus the clothes are not getting cleaned. I don't understand why can't we put our own soap that we know it works and how much it needs.. I hate these machines and unfortunately it is the only option in my dorm..

Sorry to hear that your clothes smell rotten, it should very much smell clean after washing. In most laundries, this is an option, but not a requirement to use the soap in the laundry. In many of our laundries, it is possible to opt out of soap and use your own via a soap ball. Would very much like to look into this so that you can enjoy using the laundry again. First wash destroyed my clothes

First time using the washing machine and it locks my clothes so I can’t come to work ( had all my shirts washed)
Customer service took 2 days to come and open it. So I lost access to my clothes for 2 days and it destroyed most of it because of the water trapped on them. Don’t use their machines if u want to use your clothes.

Dryers are an unreliable catastrophe

The washing machines work decently ok, but the dryers are terrible. They rarely do the job they are supposed to do, which results in having to pay 2-3x when I should only have paid once. My building houses roughly 200 people and we have 4 dryers available, of which at least half never works. Although Nortec's customer service is quick to reply to complaints, deploy a technician and even reimburse in case you ended up having to run the same cycle twice, the fact that I am unable to rely on the machines working properly is a huge hindrance. Moreover, these technician visit never seem to fix any problems. For instance, one of the dryers in my building has a door that doesn't close - this was announced to Nortec at least twice by me and more times by other tenants in our building - however, the problem remains unfixed for almost 2 months now. If the products worked as they are supposed to I could get behind having to pay for this service but unfortunately they do not.

Centrifugation does not work. Dryer will not dry your clothers even after 2 hours.

The centrifugation frequently does not work in their washing machines, and your clothes come out completely soaked despite finishing a wash. Their dryers are complete garbage. Even after 2 hours the cloth is still not dry, it is however burning hot somehow. When you start the dryer, it will put on a timer, in my case 1 hour and 30 minutes. However it will go on for way longer than that. the timer was showing 1 minute left for well over half an hour. You are left just guessing when the dryer will actually be done. When it finally was done the clothes was still not dry.

When your product spend 3+ hours washing your clothes and the final result is not even living up to anything remotely acceptable you know you have a garbage product.

My experience with this product was so bad it made me make a trustpilot account. Would give 0 stars if I could, I do not recommend Nortec in the slightest.

Washing machines are a joke!

These washing machines are a joke. I live in a dorm and you have to pay for washing, and I wasn’t mad about it since you don’t have to buy soap for it. But the machines do not dispense soap, or the soap is so bad that it does not wash anything from the clothes. Additionally, my white clothes are coming out with black marks from the machine. Do not recommend at all.

To be able to help you and find out if it is our laundry and who supplies soap for your machines, it will be a great help if you can inform me about where you wash - a laundry address.
If the machines make marks on the clothes, or if there are other problems, it is very important that you contact us as soon as possible, so that we can immediately send a technician out and solve the problem.

Great Customer Service and Great App...

Nortec have been running the laundry room in our building for many years, and they provide a great experience, both in customer service but also in the e-vaskeri app.

The information that the app provides is fantastic, The financial overview is great with a monthly statement shown in the app.

The 'Ledig nu' function is really good, I live on the 5th floor and the vaskeri is in the basement, so it's great to know when the washing machine is completed.

I have also recently, needed to order a new Bric (washing token), and the customer help I received from Cecilie was outstanding.

Thanks Nortec and keep up the good work.

NEVER USE NORTEC. INCOMPETENT AND BAD

You are bad. Just awful. The washing machines in my apartment complex are always broken. They don't dispens any washing powder. You increased the price of the dryer which was bad before. The clothes are never dry after using it. The washing machine sometimes doesn't do a centrifuge. The clothes are all went and not washed properly. I will never use your services again.
