Norrsken have been great from start to finish, always explaining the process in advance and being responsive to phone calls and emails when things came up. They went above and beyond in working with our builders to ensure a smooth running of what was quite a complicated install operation. The windows, being aluminium framed wood, look and feel great, and honestly their quote was surprisingly competitive with bog-standard PVC. Thanks to everyone at Norrsken for all their help!

When we built our new house we installed Norrsken doors and windows and have been delighted with them.Now it is time to maintain them and Norrsken have been so helpful with advise and producing the right product for the job. How nice to deal with such an approachable and helpful Company who have produced such quality products.

I had to call Norrsken on a Friday afternoon as one of our window handles failed making it impossible to secure the window and so the house. Recognising the seriousness of the issue, they immediately dispatched an engineer to site who was able to rectify the problem (and check out other handles at the same time). All before the weekend began!

We chose Norrsken for front door, replacement sliding door and triple glazed windows throughout our house as we were impressed with the quality of the product when we viewed it in the showroom, and in comparison to other similar products. The survey was incredibly accurate and enabled the installation to go as smoothly as possible in what was a tricky refurbishment. We have just had an engineer back today to make a few minor adjustments to the closure fittings and are now very satisfied with the results. The windows look great, are lovely to use and have made the house feel cosier. Would highly recommend.

We recently purchased 4 triple-glazed windows and 1 partially glazed door (also triple glazed) for a gym/workshop we had built in our garden.
The building is based on the passiv haus principles.
The door has a u-value of .7 and the windows with a u-value of .9. The windows should be .8 to meet passiv haus standards but we had a limited budget.
We used Norrsken in 2017 for a supply and fit of aluminium clad sliding patio doors and they have been excellent and still look like new.
This led us to use Norrsken for our garden project their prices are very competitive, the build quality is of a very high standard and aesthetically they look excellent.
We had the door and windows made of wood with an anthracite finish. They are finished to such a high standard, when our friends first see them they think they painted aluminium.
The whole process was very easy with Marju being my point of contact for quotes and finalising of all the details with the lead times being met with no delays.
The contractor for our garden building fitted the windows and doors with Norrsken providing full installation instructions.
I would highly recommend Norrsken for high quality, well designed,super insulated, and competitively priced doors and windows.

Choosing windows for my project was a huge decision and I drowned in the research!! But I'm so glad I did, and that I landed on Norrsken. They have proven to be an exceptional company to work with and the quality of the product is excellent too. Norrsken have been fantastic to deal with right from the start of our project process. They were helpful in every department: technical advice, estimating, procurement, delivery, install and post install care.
I really likely the way they communicated and were very clear in who at Norrsken was 'looking after us' at each stage. The product is fantastic and exceeding expectations in terms of performance and they look fantastic.

Installed in our eco home, already warm and no glare from the sun on our south fencing lift and sound.

Having designed and built a near passive house 18 months ago I was looking for a company that had quality aluminium clad wooden windows and doors. I am very pleased with the purchase, delivery and performance of the windows throughout the past 18 months. Yesterday their service engineer visited and made some minor adjustments and carried out some minor maintenance tasks. A very smooth and professional service from beginning to end.

We visited the showroom in Poole and were shown the range of doors and windows and the quality was impressive
The surveyor was thorough and impressed us with his knowledge and after placing an order the progress was as per the schedule and the items were delivered on time
The installation was efficient using a good team of experienced personnel and the whole house of 10 windows 3 doors and 2 patio doors were completed within 10 working days as per their timeline

We bought triple glazed doors and windows for our new build house in 2020. From start to finish the level of service, advice and expertise was absolutely first class. The product itself is fantastic. We are absolutely delighted. We had a small issue with door handles in 2022 which was immediately resolved by the lovely Norrsken team.

Very satisfied with installation and quality of the window, triple glazed, dual colour, 5 metre total length, one half sliding entry. Luckily our builder checked the measurements and found a discrepancy, also we were responsible for arranging the unloading, suggest that you check this with them as their policy may have changed hence only 4 stars. The seals needed adjustment after a while and we found the after sales service to be excellent.

We had a personal bespoke arrangement with Norrsken throughout the whole journey from beginning to the final remedial work. Their contractors were polite, hard working, on time and looked at the finer details which we expected from a well established company to meet our needs. Customer Service was excellent making sure we we’re happy with their product and the look which we were wanting to achieve 100%. We researched over 18 months had numerous quotes from window companies travelled to Norrsken showroom in Poole beforehand arranged a Zoom virtual with Tim Vickers a member of the sales team which was worth going the extra mile. I would highly recommend Norrsken and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if required in the foreseeable future. 10/10.

After doing a lot of research on and being in contact with various window companies supplying alu-clad timber frames, we felt that Norrsken really came out on top.

Getting a quote was simple, and the sales team were very patient with us whilst we ironed out the finer details of our project requirements. They even did a video call with us from their Poole showroom so that we could see the windows and doors without having to make the long trip to visit in person.

We had contact with various members of the Norrsken team throughout our order, and each and every one of them were so helpful and professional.

The install team were brilliant, and were led by the installer who we'd already met during our survey. That continuity from survey to install really was a wonderful touch, and made us feel confident that the install team were 100% down with the details of our project, and that our windows and home were in good hands.

Finally, the windows themselves are amazing! We chose a custom RAL colour for the externals to complement our brickwork and kept the configuration in keeping with the original 1950's aluminium frames. They work like a dream, are beautifully made and look so smart.

We will definitely be back for the second leg of our project later this year, and can't wait to deal with Norrsken again!

We cannot recommend the Norrsken team and their windows highly enough; from first contact in January 2020 to delivery in February 2022 they dealt with us on our self-build Passivhaus in an exceedingly friendly and professional way - in spite of Covid and our many changes of mind! They were even happy to advise us on installation, which we undertook ourselves, and the delivery driver was incredibly helpful in trying circumstances as the delivery was made at the height of Storm Eunice! As a Passivhaus consultant, through my clients, I have experience of other window manufacturers working in the ultra low energy sector and all have at least one area where things tend to fall down a bit; this is not the case with Norrsken and they even manage to provide excellent well made windows suitable for a Passivhaus as part of it! In short the experience of dealing with them and their products are both to be highly recommended.

Looking for energy efficient triple glazed windows and doors is not easy. We contacted Norrsken and received a competitive quotation, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. As a company they were easy to deal with and were upfront about timescales and costs and delivered on time with no problems and everything correct as specified. The installation team did a great job and were very professional too.
The windows and doors have certainly met if not exceeded our expectations and are of a very high standard and finish, triple glazed and very low U values. The exceptional energy efficiency and lack of draughts immediately made a big difference to our home.
