Great service, Great Product. Robust and well made. Let the training begin.
Great service. Prompt and on time delivery. Difficult to choose from the website and not many stores to "Try out" in my area. Was surprised at the size and weight of the item but all assembled easily. Added an iFit 1 Year subscription. Great product.

I would have given 5 stars but the bike…
I would have given 5 stars but the bike delivered to me was clearly damaged.
Either it was previously owned or it had a factory defect. I tried to call but didn't get through and left an email but never got a reply.
The bike to date works fine so no complaints really other than the thought of paying for a new bike but getting something that was previously owned.
Other than that, the ordering process and everything else was fine.

Good value for money
Good value for money. Easy to assemble and use. But the machine makes a creaking noise when used. Apart from this minor annoyance, happy with the product.
