I wasn’t sure of the measurements of one of the vintage dresses, I called up and spoke with the Staff, she was so very helpful- nothing was a bother! Very helpful and a lovely person to speak to over the phone, she solved my measurements issues.
Their clothing is very pretty, so stylish, love the dresses I bought!

I recently purchased some suede clogs for my sister who is due any day. They looked lovely and cosy and would make a perfect gift for the new mum to be to wear around the house. Unfortunately on arrival there was a stain mark on the front of one of the clogs. After speaking to customer service via email they agreed that they would send out a new pair of clogs the following day. They have arrived today ( just in time for me to give my sister to wear). Very helpful customer service team. Would purchase from again.

The Cowboy Slippers was a perfect gift for my daughter. Super cute & super comfy.

The selection of products is great. I purchased the 1989 plush slippers for my granddaughter. They were exactly as described. Customer service was fantastic in helping me with sizing.

I ordered a laptop cover which I love and my friend admired so much I bought him one too. Unfortunately, this was delivered to the wrong house and Nordic Peace were happy to replace it after a few emails. They were responsive and helpful. And the laptop cover is fantastic!

Absolutely awful quality with very long shipping times led to belive they are British made by very clever website advertising.
But infact made in China..

First time purchasing from Nordic peace. Item arrived quickly and was exactly as pictured. Very happy with my experience.

I feel like this storefront is a fancified Temu. The item I ordered was shipped from China and still has not been received. Customer service did respond quickly but couldn't tell me anything more than I already knew. 17 days since order placed - not a giant deal but a week and counting outside of general delivery estimates. Suggest finding out where item is being shipped from before placing order to avoid time constraint issues.

Very prompt customer service response to a query I had about package arrival with encouragement to contact again if need be. The 5 piece set ordered had a luxurious feel and was beautifully made. It made a wonderful bridal shower gift! Will consider future purchases with this company!

I had my slippers for 6 weeks and the foam started coming out the top. I only wore them inside my home, never outside. They are flimsy, thin, and the quality is terrible. They flattened out fast. I felt no support, like the shoes were falling off my feet as I walked. It took a long time to ship as well. I would not recommend this company. When I reached out to customer service, they offered to ship me a new pair, but I would have to pay for shipping. I’d rather purchase shoes from somewhere else. Don’t waste your time on these shippers.
