NordicHQ was of great help when we discussed our roll-out to the Nordics from the Netherlands. Hands-on and no-nonsense legal and business advice. Connected me with some great partners too.
Thanks guys!

I strongly do not recommend this…

I strongly do not recommend this company. My experience with the contact person was extremely unpleasant—their attitude was rude and unprofessional. Based on reviews from others, it seems the service is consistently terrible, and the company overall gives off a very shady, scam-like impression. There are also concerning reports of racist behavior from the contact person. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company.

NordicHQ and Thomas Jaques Scam – Paid €500, No Dutch BV Incorporation, No Refund

Review:
In 2025, we contacted nordichq .com and Thomas Jaques to incorporate a Dutch BV company remotely from Türkiye, as two business partners. We provided all required documents completely and without delay.

On 10 July 2025, we paid a total of €500 (€250 from Yaren Aydin and €250 from Kerem Kutluhan). After receiving payment, Thomas Jaques requested additional documents not part of the standard BV incorporation process – requirements that several other Dutch notaries later confirmed were unnecessary. This caused unnecessary delays, and no progress was made.

We repeatedly emailed for updates but received responses after delays of up to 5 days. We requested a refund multiple times, but no repayment was made. We have since learned that other victims experienced similar treatment, and that negative Google reviews about NordicHQ have been removed.

Three months later, there is still no company incorporation and no refund. This experience has cost us both time and business opportunities.
