Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Every time you need to contact them they just redirect you to their colleague and in the result nobody knows anything. Then makes huge mistakes and after that it's impossible to reach them. Wouldn't recommend to have any business with Nordea.

I moved my housing case to Nordea not just because of their great option ''0% rente-fri''during the construction period, but mainly due to all kinds and quick supports I had received from their finance team (especially my advisor, Tobias Nielsen) from the very earliest steps until now.
