Placed an order for five items, only received 2 of them. I asked for an explanation and they told me "don't worry we will ship when we can".
Two months later I wrote them again asking if there was any problem and if they had any expected delivery date: no answer.
One more month passed and I wrote them again: no answer.
On more month and I told them I would open a PayPal ticket if they didn't answer. Guess what? No answer.
In the end I got a refund via PayPal for the items I didn't receive, but all in all I ended up paying too much for what they sent me.
Also: miniatures look good but infantry and cavalry are different scale (no idea why) and the resin they use is very brittle

I ordered a bretonnian blood bowl team. My order was shipped within days and arrived from Spain to the UK within a week. The quality of the sculpts is amazing and I only had one breakage in shipping.

My order was only shipped after multiple follow-ups and more than six months of waiting. When the ordered bundle arrived, it was missing the two most important items. I then spent two years regularly sending emails about it. At first, I was told I would receive the missing products, but I no longer get any response since a year.

This is a fake shop. Three weeks after buying I still haven’t heard anything about shipping. There WhatsApp does not work and it is not possible to use there “send email” function.

I ordered something and transferred the money. There is no confirmation email. No answer to questions and no order that arrives at my doorstep. Smells like cheating.

This company, did not send me the right product, and wrote that they will send me a new right away. But I never got the parcel, and now, they do not replying on mali, FB or the "contact formular" at there homepage. Do your self a favor, do not buy anything from them
