Had a great experience.

Great platform for traveling the world from the perspective of a local.

This was my first pet sit with Nomador and everything worked out well for me. Both pet sitters and pet owners must perform due diligence for it to be a great experience for all.

Edited after their reply because there is no option to reply back. I wrote once through your forms. And I got a reply from your customer service (after a few days) asking me for more details. I replied to them again immediately and from there, silence! I kept replying multiple times, asking for an answer, which I have never received. Saying that your didn't get any email from me is a lie! I can't believe it. I was writing from different emails. If you search with my name, you will find me for sure.

I had a great housesitting experience but a horrible experience with Nomador customer service. It's basically non-existent. I couldn't find my account and nobody would reply from their customer service. Also, just now, I found a charge for subscription renewal, which I never authorized, and I didn't even receive an email notification of said renewal.

Good website, easy to use, makes it easy to communicate.

We used Nomador for the first time, and I was honestly surprised by the ease of use and the simplicity of the service. I imagine that Nomador really verifies the sitters' profiles well and the system works well. We had 5-6 interests within 2-3 days of posting our ad, and it all worked out very quickly. I have absolutely nothing to suggest to be any better. I'd think that the founders really wanted to help out with 'where does one leave their pet'...and figured a business model around it, and hope the Nomador team will always continue to serve the true purpose of their offering. Good luck to you guys, and thanks a ton for having made Nomador.

Great Website for house and pet sitting in France.
I left France and wanted to cancel my automatic renewal, and I didn't have any problem to do so.

Easy to use, works well

That was our first experienced being a dogsitter and we found it fun and we would like to do it again.

The set up was easy and the sits we have done were exactly as expected.
If I could make one suggestion which is how far the house sit is from public transport as not everyone has a car.
It would also help if the ones looking for a sitter could mention if there are bikes or a car available.
Apart from that, it is really good to navigate.

The site was user friendly and I immediately found a house/pet sit. The hosts were wonderful as was the pet. I enjoyed my time in their home. Nomador also provides alerts for potential sit matches. I appreciate this feature

I spent a week looking after a cat in Pantin, just outside Paris. It was a very nice experience. The cat was "sympa", the owner as well. Nomador is a great resource for connecting pet owners with sitters. The only thing I miss now is the block button. The vast majority of cat owners I sat for are great but every now and then someone contacted me with an entitled attitude. That's when the block button came in handy.

Easy platform to use. Good dashboard and easy to find relevant information required to select and apply for appropriate house-sits. Reasonable pricing.

Great app, we have used many time for looking after our house and pets while we are on holidays. Always reliable house sitters, would highly recommend.
