By far the worse experience I’ve ever had buying a bed I am now into my 4th week waiting on a refund for items that were stolen when they decided to ignore all notices at the entrance to my block warning delivery drivers not to leave parcels outside the door always hand them to someone, but no they ignored it and the tent part and bed tidy were left outside and were stolen I reported it that day and filled in there forms within two days yet I am still waiting on a refund as I had to purchase something similar to what was stolen, this company are full of excuses and if I’d read the reviews on other platforms before I brought from this company I would never have used this company they are terrible

Avoid used to be a good reliable business with good quality furniture untill I had an issue. Now iv got a bed with no mattress and my child sleeping on the floor. Costomers service response is shocking and there in no rush to help. Been purchasing my furniture from them for the last 5 years and have spent quite alot of money with various orders. Really gone down hill.

Very poor experience. Ordered a bed frame largely based on the listed product weight. What turned up was completely different to advertised, less than half the weight. Very flimsy and lightweight. Seller messed about refusing to arrange a return and refund. Just don’t waste time, go to a proper established store.

Great prices and good communication throughout order. Despatch times were about expected and overall good experience.

The delivery company lost some boxes, causing a frustrating delay. However, the Noa & Nani customer service team was excellent—friendly, responsive, and kept me informed throughout. They quickly arranged replacements and turned a negative situation into a positive one.

The furniture quality was worth the wait, and it’s clear Noa & Nani care about their customers, even when issues arise with their delivery partner. Thank you to the team for their helpful and professional support.

My 3 little children are sleeping on mattresses on the floor in a completely empty room. Lottie Bed part found snapped when unpacking customer service are not getting back to me.
The Otto drawers are not fit for purpose the runners all break flimsy the ball bearings fall out and becomes a choking hazard for my baby.I will be retuning both Drawers I need return labels and refund as soon as it has been sent back as I do not have the finances to replace.
I ordered because my children had 2 beds from this company previously and they have lasted well. But the new furniture is not fit for purpose or if a problem arises you cannot correct it due to customer services

I had a great experience ordering from Noa & Nani. The ordering process was straightforward, communication was clear throughout, and my order arrived within the expected timeframe. The furniture was well packaged and everything arrived in excellent condition.

The quality is very good for the price, and the finished product looks exactly as advertised. Assembly took a little time, but the instructions were easy to follow and all the parts were included.

Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Noa & Nani to anyone looking for stylish, good-quality furniture at a reasonable price. I would happily shop with them again.

All in all a fab experience. The new bed arrived in a couple of days when estimated delivery was a week! Once arrived my husband set to work on building it. It was so reasonably priced we weren't expecting much, but the quality is fantastic, everything lined up perfectly to the pre-drilled holes etc. looks great all put together. Storage underneath is great. Good experience with no issues. Thankyou

Do Not Buy from this company!!!!!!

I brought a bed which had missing parts and they were not able to supply me replacement and I only discovered these missing parts after assembly they want me to source new packaging to ship back for refund no offer of voucher or anything for the inconvenience for comparison Arte-N Furniture had the same mistake with another bed yet they were very apologetic and had new parts manufactured and offered a voucher. I would spend another penny on Noa and Nani

Disappointed with the order. My shoe cabinet arrived with at least six of the parts chipped and scratched. It's a massive pain to have to wait to get replacement parts redelivered with no refund offered for the inconvenience.

Purchased a bed in the past, and nore recently some drawers for storage under.

Very reasonably priced, clear instructions for assembly (very ikea-like!) and parts usually come with some extra for spares.

Have not needed to use customer service but delivery is on point with tracking

Ordered a bunk bed with step/stairs for my daughters. I found this particular style a few times and Noa and Nani had it at the best price. It was delivered quickly and my daughters absolutely love it. It’s practical, good quality and I am not worried about them navigating a ladder stairs in the night. I want to get a trundle underneath now and I will be ordering from them again.

I am thrilled with my purchase! The item arrived in perfect condition and even earlier than expected. Additionally, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with throughout the process. I highly recommend this company!
