Almost perfect

I used Neil King to sell my residential property, unfortunately the sale did not complete due to the buyer pulling out, which I then reverted to an alternative local agent to speed up the sale process. I can say Neil's service was near perfect for this reason, they were professional, communication was clear, nice photo's, and a personal video from Neil to promote. I would say you pay for what you get, and Neil is at the premium end of the market at 1.5% commission including VAT. If you're working to a tight budget, you may want to shop around, however Neil does provide the premium personal service.
