They have a strict cancellation policy and you have to cancel before 31 October, otherwise they will force you to pay for the full year...I was chased by the credit company, which added another 25eur cost, but I couldn't cancel the subscription on my phone app. Honestly a scam! It shouldn't be so hard to cancel a membership, they should at the very least send a reminder before cancellation deadline.
