After years of being a loyal user of…NIVEA Protect & Care Face Cream – Drastically Changed Formula Without Warning

After years of being a loyal user of NIVEA Protect & Care face cream, I am extremely disappointed with the new version. The cream now smells musty and feels completely different; the fresh scent and smooth texture are gone. After contacting NIVEA, I received confirmation that the formula has been changed—without any warning to customers. The new product is unrecognizable and, in my opinion, of much lower quality than the original.
It’s a shame that such a trusted brand pays so little attention to customer experience.
