I just came to Nitroserv from BisectHosting and ServerMiner, and all I can say is that I've got nothing but good words. The support has been top notch, with quick replies and almost instant help. The owner is very friendly and willing to help. For half the price, my specs are over twice as good. Thank you for everything, Nitroserv.
The support is extremly reactive even on discord.
The several servers that are available are great, cheap and easy to configure. I'm using Nitroserv for a few years and I never had any issues !

J'ai vu que tu avais un serveur Valheim. À la base, ces ralentissements viennent de la façon dont le jeu fonctionne. Cependant, on a déployé il y a quelques jours la possibilité de bidouiller le jeu pour qu'il puisse prendre plus de bande passante. Ça augmente la taille du tuyau des données, ce qui est censé réduire les lags. On a des très bons résultats sur les serveurs qui ont activé cette modification. N'hésite pas à l'activer aussi et nous tenir au courant !

Impossible de configurer le serveur sur satisfactory - aucune documentation disponible, support absent...
Reliable service for a reasonable price - I haven't had the chance to use their support team, but that's because I haven't needed to. :)
Perfect before (7 years ago), but today nothing works... The server crash for no reasons, The console is bugged and the server make a long time to launch...
I don't know what happens but they should get back to the old system !
Support is great and servers are cheap and trusty
