I love the watch however....
I love the watch, I love the service.
However, I thought the rubber strap was a little expensive. The old strap perished and split at work after a couple of years. Buy a new one, everything great but could not fit it myself for love nor money. I spent an hour and gave up. Took it to my local watch man and he fought with it for almost a day....

Hi Gary, we appreciate the MX10 rubber straps are particularly difficult, there is a knack to it but, they have to be tight to stay secure. We have listened to our Customers regarding this and are in the process of changing the manufacture of these watch straps to try to overcome this issue.

Amazing customer service…
I had a faulty strap on my MX 10 watch and emailed to query. Gail was very transparent in explaining that they had some quality issues with a batch of straps and agreed to send a replacement.
It duly arrived with an additional webbing strap and pin tool..
Couldn’t have hoped for better customer service - Well done NITE Watches..

Service and GTLS replacement
I’ve just got my Nite Icon back from the service department. After a decade of hard use, it needed some attention. It has come back as good as new - crystal replaced, GTLS markers replaced (and now back to full brightness), ready for another decade of reliability. Reasonable cost and timeframe for an overhaul, too. I continue to be really impressed with both the bulletproof watch and efficient company. Thank you.
