I ordered and payed for a bicycle in April 2025. It hasn't arrived yet.
I don't know how many times I have Witten to costumer service about why I don't get my bicycle or money back. They answer really slow or not at all.
I am not sure if this company actually exists. I can't recommend this company at all. I waisted my time and money for nothing.

I have both the revenant and the Nyx ebikes and both are fantastic I love everything about them. The build quality is great. I have pre ordered the Spectrx too as I have no doubt Nireeka will have made another beautiful bike. Have to knock down a star though as the communication on the indiegogo campaign page has been very poor and people ignored daily with timescale promises consistently broken. However I can not wait to get my hands on the new Spectrx when it finally gets here.

Hello, I’m 64 and I’m from Poland. I first heard about the NIREEKA bike on internet, June 2025. I saw the SPECTRX FAT bike on photos and videos and ……... love it at first sight. Frame shape, design, fat tires, tires size, suspension, equipment, drive, all what I felt in love at once. I started dreaming about it. I simulated in-store shopping to see the final price. Yes, just to satisfy my curiosity. Unfortunately, it was high, very high. Common sense told me to postpone this topic until the indefinite future. As I have left on NEREEKA web store uncompleted shopping order in the basket. On October 2025 I have received from NIREEKA general email with offered discount 50% for the bike (not equipment). Wow! Most probably email was directed to many customers who visited or were interested any of NIREEKA,s bike. I visited the online store again. I went through the configuration process step by step and chose the final version. I chose the basket, but the system did not allow me to shop, as delivery to any European country was not possible. Then I have decided to write an email to NIREEKA about way of delivery to The Netherlands. Very soon I have received confirmation from Azar that delivery is possible, just need to place an order. That time and now, never was possible to do order via web store. Web site was not working. On January 2026 I have returned and commenced serious discussion with NIREEKA about possibility to buy SPECTRX FAT. I had many, many doubts about shopping, especially after reading many, mostly negative, posts. Also, for me was suspicious that last time were no new movies on You Tube. Latest were from a many months ago, then nothing. Totally quiet. They are selling thousands of bikes and no information’s on network. How is it possible? Should I got red light to stop this offer at this moment? Maybe, but I didn’t. I have sent email to NIREEKA TEAM with many detailed questions. I have received very valuable reply, this time from Jack with polite answer to all of them.

Next conversation by email was with Andrew. I have sent, much more, and many a very detailed questions about bike, warranty, extra equipment configuration, custom and supply. For each I have received more than satisfactory answer. Additionally, Andrew, proof me that NIREEKA is serious company and assured a delivery date, June 4th 2026. NIREEKA requested a 40% prepayment as part of contract. All discussion was via email only, as web store order process was still not working. Total price for the bike was agreed, including shipping. Final price is huge, but I think worth the money. Could be higher, but I excluded: ABS front brake, Maxxis tires, bigger battery, faster charger, comfort saddle and remotely adjustable fork. I decided that this would not be required and that it would not significantly affect the usability of my bike. Also, some parts can be changed/upgraded any time in the future. Considering all the negative information’s on the Internet and the very positive approach from NIREEKA, I decided to give full trust the bicycle manufacturer. Somehow based on received information and way of received answers I was going to trust them. Did I do the right thing? I don't know. Time and NIREKAS’s honours will answer.
2026 A took man's decision, I transferred money by VISA card on January 28th, because it was not possible to pay via Pay-Pal. Was also possibility to pay by Klarna. I took a big risk, but on the other hand I fully trusted NIREEKA because I was sure that I did agreement with a serious Team.
After placing the order, I received a thank you email from the NIREEKA’s CEO.
From that day on I have been waiting for my order. Almost half the time has passed. On March 19th 2026, I have sent email to NIREEKA with request to update me about order status – as they promised. Reply come after a really very short time with information that frame is in production process. The response is very positive. No person signature who sends answer was under email. But hope come back, and became stronger than before. To stay up to date, simply I need to subscribe to the NIREEKA from the website. That’s what I will do.

From the beginning customer support was exceptional. They respond quickly to emails and provide results. Shipping arrived as expected and minor assembly was a breeze. I bought the Nireeka Prime S with the upgraded motor and I love it. Plenty of hill climbing power and smooth pedal assist. Thank you Nireeka!

I bought my Mega 1500 a few years ago and it’s been a great bike. I had a couple small issues, but customer service helped me fast. Delivery took a bit longer, but everything worked out.

Now I’ve ordered the Spectr, and the support team was super helpful again, with flexible payment options. Very happy with Nireeka

After initially sharing negative feedback due to the confusion and delays I experienced during the shipping process, I want to update my review to fairly reflect what happened afterward.

Once several issues —which were outside of Nireeka’s control and mainly related to third-party logistics— were clearly explained to me, I was able to truly see the heart and genuine intention of this company. The transparency, dedication, and goodwill shown by their customer service team, especially Younes, made it clear that Nireeka truly cares about its customers.

Their thorough explanations, constant follow-up, and personal effort to ensure my order moved forward gave me full confidence that they value not only their products but also the overall customer experience. I can now say that I’ve witnessed the seriousness and commitment of the Nireeka family, and I’m confident that the product will reflect the same level of care I received during our clarifying conversations.

Nireeka and I had to work thru the tariff issues which were very complex. Fit and finish of the bike are excellent. It rides smooth and accelerates really quickly when using the throttle. I'm a 250lb guy on their Mega with the 750 watt motor as in WA State that's the biggest legal motor for bike trails...paved or unpaved.
I measured the bike wrong when ordering and it was too tall for me and getting off the bike requires I remove the seat post before swinging my legs up to dismount...even with high soled shoes.
The bike I ordered had the headlite integrated into the handlebar which gave the bike a high tech streamlined look. The bike I received had the headlight bolted to the front fender like a RAD bike erector set add on which I hate and really detracts from the bike's sleek look. No one at Nireeka ever mentioned to me that "some of" the Megas don't come with the handlebar flush mounted headlite.

I cant wait to write a review but I still don't have my bike. Been on order since March 19 2024.

Purchases a Nireeka Mega ebike. Took super long to arrive from China even though I paid a huge shipping charge. When it finally arrived many months later, it had no battery and nothing telling me why. After contacting the company I was told the battery ships separately. So many weeks later the battery finally arrived. The bike cables were improperly installed with kinks in places that I had to fix. The bike rode very low with pedals scraping the ground at recommended shock air pressure. I maxed out the air pressure and it’s rideable now but still lower than my other 4 Ebikes. The bafang motor is powerful but runs very hot even after only 30 minutes of average speed use. I’m worried about that as the housing is too hot to put a finger on. The bike performs pretty well but the rear wheel does tend to not grip well when in rigorous situations. I do like the bike, but recommend trying a test ride of one if you can before purchasing. It’s a lot of money for an average ride, even though it looks nice.

I ordered a Prime 1000W with some upgrades in 2020 and the complete deal was perfect according to communication and shipping. The bike arrived well/safe packed. I still love the performance and the look/ design. No issues till now. I love it. The experience was actually in 2020 but can't enter this late date.

I have a Nireek Prime. It's a fantastic bike. Plenty of power, great for mountain biking. Very good contact with the company. I recommend it.

Purchased the revenant over a year ago have had no problems,great bike for cruising tracks exploring,tyres handle hard sand on surf beach great for my size bought the large I'm 6,2.Nireeka quick to answer online👍

Bought a Nireeka Prime A4; its become my favorite bike both in the road and off-roading. It gets a lot of attention locked up - people don't see bikes like that very often. It has great acceleration and okay mileage if on assist mode.

But, it has troubles keeping together, especially the area with the motor and pedals, which come loose often and have even fallen off, leaving me stranded. That being said, I think some lock-tite would fix it.

A long wait but when it finally arrived I was so glad I was patient and waited as it really is an awesome machine. Strong fast snd a stable ride. For a very unfit 60 year old I can ride off road all over the south downs with out having a heart attack. So many people comment on how good it looks when I’m out and about

Wow, lotta unhappy folks out there! Not a great sign - but I can only speak to my experience.

I ordered a Mega 2025 in the spring, and was given a timeline that was more or less met - Given the build, shipping, and setup nightmare generated by the US Government being positively hostile to Canada, I think they did great. I would say I was a moderately pain in the ass customer, because let’s face it, when you’re spending this kind of money on a bike, you have pretty high expectations, and some nervousness. Nonetheless, the Nireeka crew was always professional and got the job done. I had mine set up by Repair & Run in Kitsalano, who did a fab job.

And the bike? Well, the ride and ergonomics are fantastic. This thing handles like a much smaller and lighter bike - super easy to handle in gnarly terrain - seriously builds confidence in Squirrelly conditions. Shock absorption is great, and ABS is amazing - I had it on my BMW bike, so am used to deploying it on a two wheeler. She will do 60kph if you really want to. I absolutely love riding this beast!

My only real disappointment is battery range. If I ride a mixed trail terrain on PAS 1 or 2 and no throttle, I can get maybe 22 miles or so until my batt is toast. I have 2, and both provide that kind of range. Yeah, I weight 215, but even so, claiming 50+ mile range and getting less than half that is disappointing. My solution if I want to go long is to carry my spare batt, which I do in a top mount rack bag.
Nonetheless, I love this thing, and I absolutely would recommend it to others - just know that there may be issues with Range if you’re my size.

I have the 1000 watt Revenant. I has become my favorite bike. (I have 5 other non electric and 2 electric bikes that costs way more). The Revenant is an excellent mountain bike. The suspension is smooth riding, excellent brakes (ABS front) and great as a trail bike. The only problem I had with is was a controller failure at 750 miles. UPS delivered me a replacement in about a week. The bike now has 2700 miles. Patiently awaiting my pre ordered Spectrx.

I've had a number of eBikes and have found that the Nireeka is an amazing value for the features it has. The response this bike has to the throttle and braking is fantastic. It responds quickly and rides as smooth as any bike I've had over the years. I'm anxious ly awaiting my Nireeka SpectrX order to round pout my stable of bikes. Nicely done Nireeka!
