This is my go to shop to purchase figures from japan to Europe. They have the best prices, but also the best customer support, and they have the warehouse storage option and pay later which allows me to purchase more figures this way unlike some competitors.

I use almost every Japanese import site you can think of to purchase my collectibles and none come close to how Nin-Nin-Games conducts business! The private warehouse storage system is amazing! The just price of items compared to other sites who greatly inflate their prices is top teir. The smooth pre-ordering process and directing the website makes for overall an amazing shopping experience and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to buy anything for their collection.

As of the writing of this review, the website recently added an online queue system. It's intended to assist more people on getting preorders, but what happens is the opposite; it is preventing people from accessing the website for an unspecified amount of time, leading to more people not being able to order. A different method would be appreciated.

Other than that, prices and delivery times are always great, and their loyalty points service is a nice addition too.

Shoped around a few Japanese Import Sites and Nin-Nin really stands out from the rest from their user experience, shipping, price and service, my new go to for future orders.

Unlike some other web store for Japanese toys, Nin Nin Game is reliable, they deliver your order and won't come and saying it's out of stock and delay. They have one of the best price too.

Picked up the new S.H. Figuarts Super Saiyan Vegeta Dangerous Pride from Nin-Nin Game. The figure's updated articulation and anime-accurate proportions look fantastic on the shelf.

Fantastic shop. Amazing selection, prices, sales, and rewards program. Shipping is reasonable with multiple options. I've ordered several times from them and always been satisfied. One figure that I pre ordered I got before I even found videos from Japanese reviewers on it. Most recently ordered the reissue of the S.H.Figuarts Goku and Gohan Flying Nimbus set, which was on a flash sale (surprisingly). I ordered on May 16th, it was shipped on May 19th and delivered to Canada May 26th via EMS. Extremely happy with the experience overall, and would happily recommend this shop.

Ninnin is my go to for all my merchandise. Extremely competitive pricing bundled with stellar communication, they have gone above and beyond in terms of their customer service. First web search every morning is always Ninnin and makes me feel like a kid in a candy shop.
