Fab customer service & simple to use app.
Recently signed up to Nimbl for my 11 year old. Had a couple of queries to begin with while the set up was being processed and am really impressed with Nimbl customer service.
Also the app easy/clear to understand for both parent & child. So far, id recommend them.

Great tool for teens!
Opened the account to help my then 14 year old start to learn about budgeting, managing money and saving. It certainly helped do the job. Great service from nimbl with all the parental control you need.

nimbl is perfect for my 2 boys
nimbl is perfect for my 2 boys. It is so easy for them to use in-store, online or cashpoint. The app is simple, parent pay is simple. I am very impressed. The customer service is quick to reply to email enquiries.. Kevin is an actual credit to the company. 10/10

As Nimbl as a Tortoise. AVOID
Applied for 2 cards for my daughters 2 weeks ago.
well, 2 weeks and 3 phone calls later my application STILL hasn't been processed.
Do not waste your time with Nimbl as they are truly incompetent.
Just opened accounts for my daughters via Rooster Money (Natwest) start to finish less than 10 minutes.

The Nimbl card is a fantastic way to teach your children all about money, this also give the confidence and the ability to shop with security in the forefront.
The company has recently updated their App and it's wonderful.

NIMBL has been very convenient
NIMBL has been very convenient - great to be able to provide my son with a card, easy to add money to it, and see exactly where it is being spent. A couple of times the card was temporarily mislaid (ie at the bottom of a school bag) and it was very handy to freeze the card from the app while we looked for it. Customer service has been good, also.
