I made the mistake of ordering before reading this page
I orderer an ebike from them before reading this page, so don't make the same mistake as I did. When I received, I was trying everything and I realised that the front light and the kickstand wasn't working (a supporting leg that doesn't support the bike????). After that, since the bike was worth almost 700e, I decided to write to technical assistance, and I only received a very impersonal automatic response with a link and a form that didn't look very promising, letting me choose my product from a bike to a television. After this, I decided to just return the bike. I started the process 2 weeks ago, and to this day, I still haven't got a response from them. I have the bike in a huge box at my living room waiting from them, since I'm supposed to wait until they get to me to agree on a day to pick it up. I bought through Decathlon, so I'm claiming through them and I'm glad I did that, because I don't know if they would have listened to me alone. Save yourself from an experience like this, and just don't buy from Nilox.
