I just made my second order with night vision guys. Firstly I returned for the great prices and good selection of merchandise. Secondly, there was a minor issue with my first order, and the customer service I received was literally some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The issue was resolved within an hour and my purchase was mailed super fast.This alone was worth 5 stars to me. Great job guys!

Got what I ordered

Customer service is very good. My item took a bit to ship but they were very helpful and accommodating. Seems like this is a company that cares about their customers.

Great company and staff. Was pleased to see that they are a stocking dealer. Had what I wanted in stock.

Received my scope and it did not work. Emailed several company emails to get an answer on what do I do to get it resolved and received no answer.
Not happy at all with the situation.

I recieved the wrong Red dot sight due to the model numbers almost identical. It was handled very fast and professional. They have one coming next day air and were good enough to trust me sending the other back. Now that is service. Also they were good enought also to upgrade my first prurchase with this item to next day air no cost to me.

if you buy, buy direct, i bought ATN, because i bought from night vision guys, I couldn't get my money back, when things went haywire with the equipment . I was told to sell the item by Felix. ATN has good customer service, NVG has no customer service, and it costs the same money at both places, you decide what the smart move is??????

Purchased a super yoter and Felix was able to work with me on a deal. And even upgraded my shipping to get to me in time. They stayed in touch with me and got back to me that day when I emailed them. Would definitely recommend using them.

I recently purchased a Pulsar Thermion Xm30 from NVG. I had considered buying a thermal device for some time but a opportunity to go on a Pig hunt in SC became available and night time hunting was a option so I hurriedly made a decision to buy but had a short time from in which to purchase, install and sight in a scope before the hunt. I made NVG aware of my timeframe and they met my requirements and quickly shipped me the scope I ordered. Thanks to them I was able to harvest my first wild pig at age 71. They had offered a free scope mount also being it was black Friday when I ordered. Unfortunately it didn't end up in the box with the scope. However a email to them was all it took and they shipped me the very nice scope mount free of charge and even free of shipping charges. That was my first purchase with them but unless I kick the bucket soon won't be the last. Few companies take the time to deal directly with customers but NVG are one of those rare companies that still does. Thank you NVG and Felix.
