I purchased a a night vision security camera from this company in good faith. I had to contact them several times as firstly, they offer a free gift worth £30 but nothing was enclosed in the package.

I found the doorbell would go off randomly which was quite scary to start with. I contacted them by email and they fobbed me off with “the doorbell is very sensitive so goes off when it’s windy” right? Move it to another location.

We kept moving the camera to at least 3 other positions which didn’t make any difference.

I have contacted them twice this week to ask for a refund and so far crickets. I will contact the fraud department and Consumer goods agency if I don’t hear back within a couple of days.

Terrible company I’m afraid. Sold absolute rubbish. No customer service either. Keep away from these people. Only buy from people who advertise their support help line number. Why don’t this company have one? Hmmm interesting…

Waited 5 weeks for it to arrive and it does not work and I am unable to get a reply from their customer services.
Avoid call costs, waste of £90
