I purchased an iphone 5 from Niftyspot in March, it didnt work, so I contacted them and they advised to send it back and they would fix it, so after much expense and inconvenience I returned the phone ( I had only had it a few weeks) the phone was returned to me, and performed no better than it had the first time, it is not fit for purpose, so I contacted them a second time and after several months are still waiting for a reply, I am guessing I will never hear from them again, crap company, I wish I had known how bad they were from the beginning.

I purchased four "Apple Certified" cables and none would work with any Apple product. After repeated requests for a return, I have yet to receive any response or even an acknowledgement.

Although the products were of decent enough quality for the price listed, I would just like to warn others that the prices they post on their niftyspot.com.au site are USD prices, NOT Australian! You won't find out until after you have ordered that the price is then converted to AUD and you will be paying a lot more than you expected to be paying! If their site is Australian and they mail their product from an Australian address, why aren't their prices in AUD? Just make sure you are aware of this prior to ordering so you won't be surprised like I was. I'm waiting to hear from the company on how they are going to resolve this issue with me.
UPDATE: The company has contacted me and is going to refund me the difference for the currency exchange. Very well handled!

I had ordered some thongs and the size was wrong for me.
Nifty Spot customer care were very helpful & exchanged the product for me.

This is on of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my life. Notice how they have NO contact on their web page, they do NOT respond to e mails or messages. I received a product that was damaged in shipping last August. Despite repeated attempts to contact them over the last 5 months, I have never been able to talk with a person to resolve the issue.
Obviously the customer is not valued as long AS THEY GET THEIR PAYMENT.

Shop at their competitors instead. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! KNOW THAT THEY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT OR REFUND YOUR MONEY

I order a small product from Nifty SPot - delivery was quoted on website 4-7 days .. when queried after 7 days where is my product oh now it changes to up to ten days, no tracking information .. Australia based ,.. Pffttt not likely! Never again .. Funny I can get packages from Russia in 4 days and they cant send a small parcel across Australia in less than ten .. I thought the pony express was retired a few years ago..

Do not use this company.

I ordered a transmitter for my phone. I never received my order. No tracking number.

I was patient and accepted that since I didn't pay for expedited shipping, it may take some time to get to me. It never came.

When I contacted their customer service- they were rude. They denied any wrong doing. They did nothing to resolve the situation. When I pushed, they refunded the product price but still refused to refund my shipping.

To sum it up- I didn't receive the product I ordered, and I still paid for shipping on it.

Please do not order from the company. They are irresponsible and their customer service is terrible. I never write negative reviews, but I sincerely hope to save someone else from the horrible experience that I had. Their low prices are irrelevant if, like me, you never receive your order.

Procured some Gillette Mach3 razor blades from 'NiftySpot' via 'Living Socials' (see separate review). The blades provided a very uncomfortable shave. A comparison with similar blades purchased from a reputable dealer confirmed my suspicions. Enquiries via the internet regarding counterfeit blades, together with reviews from other customers corroborated my concerns. Be aware of buying anything from this company.
