Product quality inconsistent with website description
If you’re looking for quality nursery furniture, Nico & Yeye is not it. We bought a Nico & Yeye dresser through a third party vendor in 2023. First, there was a delay for several weeks in delivering the dresser, which was attributed to a manufacturing delay during the 2023 holiday season. So we were understandable and waited, although our little one had already arrived, and the nursery was incomplete. But then, when we finally received white glove delivery of this dresser, there were multiple problems which we noted within 24 hours: chipped drawer front, broken soft-closing mechanism, drawers not flush with dresser front, drawer interiors not smooth/finished, no anti-tip kit. Instead of taking responsibility for inadequate quality, Nico & Yeye provided a series of video instructions on how to fix the drawers ourselves which is not consistent with the quality/craftmanship that they tout on their website. And still, in the end, one of the dresser drawers does not close appropriately. The interior of the drawers are not professionally finished. We never received an anti-tip kit. Nico & Yeye touts high quality and craftsmanship on their website, but the product does not reflect it, especially given the price point. This dresser is NOT good value. I would say it’s IKEA quality, but that would be insulting IKEA.
