Good service

The delivery of an order was longer than anticipated. Despite my excessive frustrated reaction, Nickis service team reacted quickly and appropiately.
In short, nickis deserves a fair and good review so with the current score I like to correct my previous review

According to the latest update, your parcel has arrived in the destination country and is currently in transit.

Please note that due to the public holidays (Good Friday and Easter Monday), no parcels were processed or transported in Germany, which can understandably lead to delays.

Very slow delivery

Very slow delivery. More than two weeks and my order still didn’t arrive

As an international retailer, return shipping costs depend on the carrier and destination and are unfortunately outside of our control. We always aim to keep our policies transparent so customers can make an informed decision before ordering.

Many mistakes

Nickis made a mistake with an initial order, didn't answer any of my requests for a really long time. When I finally got a hold of them and got the first issue sorted my orders got automatic rejections. Horrible customer service.

Further comments after response from Nickies.

I have shopped with them on several occassions, and in the past I have been very happy. I did however have one delivery sent to Denmark in 2025, this was delivered to the wrong address in Denmark which caused a longer drive to fetch, I assumed the issue was related to communication between DHL and Postnord in DK, and I was happy with Nickis sorting the issue. In September I tried to have a delivery sent to my hotel during a visit in Portugal. This package never made it to the hotel, and I reached out to Nickis several times, I have documented my attempts although the company claims they never received my e-mails, phone calls (nobody answers the phone) and my contact attempts on whatsapp. It was only after reaching out from my work e-mail that the company answered.

When I tried to make a new order from the account in question it was autorejected and I can see that it reason is stated as "Fraudulent order" which is not the case. It was only after a family member made an order on my behalf that it was not rejected.

Nickis, please reach out directly by e-mail if you wish to sort this out.

I’m very happy with my experience

I’m very happy with my experience. The ordering process was easy and clear, and everything went smoothly. The delivery was quick and the product arrived well packaged.
The quality is excellent and fully matches the description. You can tell that care and attention were put into both the product and the service. Overall, a very reliable and professional experience. I would definitely recommend this company and would happily order again.

Unfortunately a very bad refund experience

A very frustrating experience . I was so excited to find a shirt for my son but unfortunately, it wasn’t the kind of shirt that I thought it would be so I returned it. It has now been over a month since I returned the item and I have not received my refund. I have tried emailing NiCKIS over 4 times with no luck. They are not replying to any of my emails, which is very frustrating.
Hence, I would not recommend to shop at their website!

Very bad experience and very…

Very bad experience and very frustrating. I was so excited to shop on this website, but it's my first and last time. It took more than TWO WEEKS to have my order shipped. After a week I received an email that one item isn't in stock anymore. When the parcel is finally on its way, after 2 weeks!!!!, I received an email that it couldn't be delivered (I wonder why???) and that I can get my parcel in a collect point. But there are no details of where my parcel is!!! I can do one good thing, by warning everyone to care for his or her money and not to risk it on this website.
