Retroactively introduced an "inactive account" fee to steal the money from people who do not log in often.

They are unlawfully holding my funds.
I've tried for 2 weeks to withdrawl the funds I made.

They offer renting hash power... But it's huge joke...

Let me explain:
You order for example on scrypt 1 th/s for fairly high price per day and you know what happens? When difficulty drops on Dogecoin to 14-10 milions, then you get 0 hashrate (even when you are top order), basically everyone gets 0 so they can mine blocks and they leave you to highest possible difficulty. And on top of that, when it is switching you workers on and off, you will get automatically from pool rejected hashrate approx 20-40%. Their support will say generic answers that you probably weren't top order, even when you were and never try to help you get some funds back thanks to their system.

I really don't recommend this renting service. It may be cheaper than Rig Rentals, but you get scammed when difficulty falls.

nicehash.com is a scam.
Don't try to purchase any package. They give nothing instead they will mess up your funds.

I was happy with their software 2 years ago, when you actually made money by mining. Now they raised their limit to withdraw, so I had to mine for a month to have enough to make the payout, and now they want to charge me 40% of the BTC I have in my account, to transfer them to another wallet. I can't say it's a scam, but it is definitely not worth it to mine with their software anymore.
PLUS! The software often surpasses the temp-limit I set, which has caused problems with my hardware.

I used nicehash miner five years ago and it did have some bugs making it so it wasn't the biggest pay out like most people like to say even though my PC is a beast and handles another miner that is 10x better than nicehash miner with no malware or Trojans like nicehash miner has now and you do not make the money you think like before because if you know how to calculate the power consumption and the cost of that power consumption, then compare it to the profit you'll get from nicehash miner now, you will see that you are always in the hole with nicehash as they are nothing but a true scam now and always will be and they just keep getting worse no matter what. I will never recommend that miner ever again and if anyone doesn't believe me just find a way to contact me and I will show you the screenshots and videos of the problems including the problems with they're "customer service" that isn't anything but the scammers involved like the scammers who call people over phones to try and steal info and more from people.

False advertising as well as the inability to offer an explanation. Today was the launch of their "Palladium Team Package" which is advertised inaccurately, claiming this package offers you the chance to mine two separate coins simultaneously. Fact is, it was mining LTC alone and not Dogecoin. I have no reason to believe this was an error of some kind (aside from not making it so blatantly obvious as the package reads LTC only). I've provided proof to their customer service via screenshot images and still no response. Therefore, without question it's a fact. Tell me different NH

I downloaded NiceHash and used it a little. nothing bad. then I got a notification Malware detected and I immediately saw that it was REAL MALWARE AND ALSO TROIJAN so no. please don't download this

Nice hash is not easy to use keeps breaking down I use awsome miner figured what one would stop working nope it’s always nice hash causing trouble to pic’s I’ve done all there protocols still breaks down not once with other mining software I had to ether reinstall windows or anything but once I use nice hash works fine for a few hours then breaks useless software save your self time go with something other then nice hash till they realize there programs useless and broken you will have a lot of downtime if u chose nice hash

3 attempts to complete the KYC and it keeps failing. my documents are real, I follow everything. NichHash KYC is just broken. going to find a better place than NiceHash.

I used Nicehash for some GPU Mining in the past, was easy and they supported lightning transfers. I traded a bit for coins and fun but noticed the fees were a bit high, I quit trading for most time until now.

They made me delete my account now, as it got stuck on a KYC verification. Over night after trading I was suddenly stuck with the "country not supported" error and could not trade for 2 days, while the market was booming. The team replied to me, what I already did: Log out and in again. I even tried via VPN. After they answered me that and I logged out again and in again, it suddenly worked - no explanation given, nor country lists are found on google nor mentioned after my repeated request. I was told to make the KYC, to prevent such errors (years membership already, never needed it before and neither now). Trading worked already fine, I rescued my locked up investment and went on to the KYC page. There it ONLY mentions ID and webcam and we are good. So it suggests. NO mentions of a permanent irreversible account lock up if the KYC is not completed. NO mentions of proof of address and other documents that they also INSIST on. The Service team is not and will not authorize any exceptions, simply throwing the FAQ answers of the rules to the scammed user. Since they took over 5 days to answer me now each time, ignoring every single question I have asked with a standard FAQ reply, I decided to publish the conversation, so you can have a look yourself, before getting into their platform. Of course I got furious for the ignorance, the waiting time and seeing how everyone else made money over eastern, except me - waiting for stupid answers, that show nobody even read what I am experiencing. So - in short: I got scammed into the KYC by a Nicehash Service Team member, their homepage itself and then permanently locked out so there is no other solution than to delete the entire account (rather than those "humans" changing the account settings back to normal and actually work for the client)
Well thanks to that, and their previous bad answers, I already went ahead to a competitor and made a new account, transfered my satoshis via lightning almost for free and noticed it was 5x cheaper there than on nicehash trade. The mining app functions just perfectly fine, same income and I was KYC approved with just ID and webcam for up to 50k USD limit, before an address is required. But That is the contrast to Nicehashs bad service and options.
Sadly I can not paste the entire mail conversation here. Seems to be a word limiter. I probably go ahead to other review pages to publish them then. The new platform I am using is binance, which was going to be mentioned in my confrontation to the service team of nicehash. But in short, everything was said already. It took an entire week to get back to nothing.

Nicehash easy mining and team mining doesnt show any information about current hashrate, block, difficulty, miner name, etc. its more like a scam.customers should know about this information!

Trash. I entered a wrong birthdate during KYC verification and now my block caught is permanently removed. Did not explicitly state that KYC is mandatory to claim the catching of block. End up taking my money away and i cannot claim a single thing. didnt get my money back, including the money i spent to buy the shares after mining the block as it was frozen. Dont fall for this scam app and stupid nonsense bitcoin miner which gives u one cent a day trash stupid ass app.

They are scammers!!!
They will ask you for money as investment and later they say you earned profit but to get that profit deposit more money..
Beware of them.

Nicehash requires use of google or apple authentication app to withdraw mined coins. Repeated attempts of google authentication yields failure so good luck getting your coins. And yes I did the time sync. IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM!
