This site is a scam. I placed an order worth 1100 DKK, the order was shipped but was for some reason returned before it got out of Denmark. Sent NiceBuy 4 e-mails but no reply.
Late delivery and unresponsive customer service
Delivery arrived only three weeks after the order without any notice and customer service could not be reached neither via phone, text or mail. Very bad experience.

I saw many negative revieuws about NiceBuy.dk but i took the risk because of a product that was hard to find and was available in their webshop for a very attractive price. I had problems ordering so I called NiceBuy and talked with a guy called Jens and he fixed it for me and made a special price for shipping
to Belgium. The product arrived within a week,was very well packed and in excellent condition, so 5 stars from me!

I received the wrong colour ironing board cover. After two unanswered mails and a telephone call, they finally sent me a mail from a different address: info@brabantia.... that I found after a little research instead of the one I ordered from info@nicebuy....
The reply was: pay 49kr for a return label.
What audacity and what cheek!!!!

No answer from customer support
Received half of my order right. I received hooks for the other item which is not what I ordered. The customer support isn't responding to my mail to find a solution. I should have check "Trustpilot" before ordering from "Nicebuy", the low rating speak for itself.
If you are reaching out to me and provide me the item I paid for, I will change my review, either that it's a warning for others tempted to buy from you.

So bad consuming experience
The delivery was quick, but the delivered product was wrong. I sent email to communicate with them, there was never reply. It is not because I want to return product, but they delivery the wrong product. In order to get money back, following their regulation, I sent the wrong product back. The delivery fee I paid to send the wrong product back should be paid back to me according to their own regulation, but it was not refunded at all. Really bad consuming experience, especially when I sent email out to them several times, they never reply.

ordered a Dooney&Burke crossbody bag. It is an obvious knock off. There is no label and it is not leather! None of the methods of contacting customer service are useable! Therefore I cannot return.

FALSE ADVERTISING
Bought a treadmill, the Generic 3.25 with 15% incline. Not only was the incline not 15% but the bluetooth does not work and the app does not work that it comes with. Reached out and the sellers information is wrong, doesnt return emails or call back only to find out the number is wrong. Reported to BBB and finally found a contact for sears marketplace customer service, the seller then says I have to send VIDEO of the bluetooth not working...I am reording with my phone and I dont know how they expect me to do that. They also said the 15% is not a slope grade it means there are 15 gears......WHY SAY 15% THAT IS A PERCENTAGE. I am still inthe process to get a refund and the seller is making it almost impossible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Oh and they reply to comment with “sorry we don’t sell that certain item, you reviewed the wrong company” but I have the receipts that say otherwise.

I do not recommend, worst customer service. My order never arrived, gave me a false tracking number and then told me my item was damaged by postal service.
This place sucks
This place sucks, waited for my treadmill and received an email that my package was delivered but to Minnesota and I live in California, then find out it wasn't even my treadmill that they emailed me about, and never received it, then they tell me it's out of stock. Why did I receive an email on a package that wasn't mine....they have terrible customer service. Their emails were all misspelled and made no sense..never order from any business that associates with them
