Lots of extra charges no goodwill
The Product is ok but you can get the same sort of stuff elsewhere and you have to spend a large amount to get free delivery. even if you have spent that large amount when you find you need a little more they want to charge you a whacking £38 for delivery and credit cards are charged at a percentage extra which I thought the government was making illegal. Also the free underlay is barely fit for purpose partiicularly if your floor is not brand new, then they want to charge you a whacking £6 per sq metre for thicker underlay when you can easily get the same thing for £4.50. I would never ever buy stuff from these people again.

Hi Megan,
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. The additional charges for delivery when you order more is because otherwise we have to bear the shipping cost on your behalf and therefore, we always suggest our customers to order 10% extra in case of any wastage.
Please share your concerns on info@nexusflooring.co.uk and we'll discuss them in detail.
Thanks,
Team Nexus
