Above and beyond

One of the few companies that I felt went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the products purchased. I had a minor issue with damage that occurred with shipping and they sent replacement parts with no questions asked and followed up with tracking and confirmation that everything was resolved. I highly recommend and plan on using them for my future builds.

Remember, you asked…

Here’s the message I sent to your customer service group a week ago.

“ I received my FORMULA LITE PRO yesterday and got up bright and early to assemble it. Unfortunately as I wet through the “Pre-race checks”, I’ve e found several components missing.

My package contains only one of the two PACKAGING STRAPS.

Zero of 2 of the 2x M6 NYOCK NUTS that go with the NLR KNOB.

Missing either the 1 x M6 16mm (or 1 x M5 25 mm) … but I did get some random flat, stubby Allen headed machine screw…

Neither of the 2 BACKREST BOTTOM TUBES came with the “securing bold” as shown in the diagram.

This is all disappointing; but more so because the was a replacement of one I previously owned but lost in a house fire last year. What’s even worse is that arrived just in time for a visit from my grandson who loves any kind of racing and knew I’d ordered it to be here before he arrives.

Needless to say I’m not pleased.”

A well written response email came telling me that I could get replacement parts or a return plan.

I chose the parts (I’m in this deep and repacking seems even more painful). I was told parts would be packaged, shipped and I’d receive a tracking number.

Now a week since last contact, just this morning, I sent a follow up because there’s been no tracking info sent…

Really??? Glad you don’t make real chassis .

Awesome company!

After I purchased the HF8 Pro that was not working and the retailer refused to exchange, I've emailed NLR and explained the situation. They provided a replacement at no cost to make sure I will have the best experience. In 2 weeks I received the replacement and couldn't be happier. They went above and beyond!!!

Best in the business for realistic flight simulator cockpits!

I would like to take this opportunity to say just how impressed, and satisfied, I’ve been with all my dealings with NLR. Over time, I’ve placed a total of four orders. All products have been extremely well engineered and of the highest quality! Customer Support has been second to none. I’ve been involved with flight simulation for many years, and now that I’m retired, I was looking for options to up my experience. NLR has definitely allowed me to do this!

Excellent experience with Next Level support

I would like to express my sincere satisfaction with the support I received from Next Level regarding an issue with the HF8 Pro product.

From the very first contact, the customer support team proved to be extremely helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. In particular, Eli, Shiralee, and especially Calieb handled my request with a level of professionalism that is truly rare to find. They carefully followed every step of the process, took my issue seriously, and provided a flawless and definitive solution.

Calieb, in particular, stood out for the care, precision, and dedication shown in managing my case through to its complete resolution, making me feel genuinely supported and valued.

Today, I can say that I am not only very satisfied with the product, but even more so with the customer service I received. Support of this quality truly makes a difference and deserves recognition.

I had a really positive experience with Next Level Racing’s (NLR) customer support regarding my broken HF8 Pro. After submitting a ticket, their team responded in a timely manner and was clear and professional in their communication. They took the time to understand the issue I was having and guided me through the next steps without any confusion or runaround.
What stood out most was how straightforward and responsive they were—no generic replies, just real help. Even though dealing with faulty hardware is frustrating, their support made the process a lot smoother and less stressful. Next level racing is top-notch they help me out with a return with ease and refunded me. I own the next level racing cockpit and I also have the next level racing triple screen monitor set up. It is a solid build, very sturdy and strong works great for my racing. I highly recommend next level racing products. Customer service is superb.

Faulty HF8 replaced very quickly

HF8 developed a faulty motor. Contacted NLR and after initial returns process new HF8 pro shipped in quick time. Very good customer service.

amazing quality, terrible instructions

I will say the quality is 5 stars. This is the best rig setup stuff I could find. Here is the reason for the 3 stars. I have bought 2 items from them, and the instructions are complete garbage. I build things as a profession and read instructions all the time. These are the worst I have ever seen. For a high-quality product, I expected better instructions. They spent more on the paper quality of the instructions than they did on the instructions. I would prefer terrible paper and better instructions....

Brings my Sim experience to a new…

Brings my Sim experience to a new level. Seat 2.0 is very comfortable. Heavy construction. Very well packaged with lots of spare parts! My only wish is to have a collective mount for the Virpil VPC. I made my own from plans found online

Basic price fine but unacceptably huge hidden costs for extras

Products=great
Support staff=great
Basic price= very good
But... if you need any extra parts... = pretty shocking and ridiculously expensive

My seat was £380 but for one additional shifter arm and handbrake plate I'm paying £180 more on top. That’s nearly half the price of the entire cockpit I bought… and it's taken a huge amount of work and time to get them.

And in the case of the handbrake plate I had to go to a third party vendor as NLR will only sell certain items directly, not others. But nowhere in the UK stocked the plate. So I'm paying for shipping from Europe plus the extra import duty on top (combined, that's almost the price of the plate itself on top).
So yeah, the product itself and the basic prices good. But if you're thinking about extras... TBH I'm afraid I don't recommend NLR. I've spent a few hours trying to source them and am paying nearly 50% on top for three small pieces of steel.
They should really really work out a better way to deal with this kind of thing. Had I known, I might well not have gone with them. But having already spent hours building a huge, heavy seat and breaking down the box, I was stuck with them by the time I found out the true cost – in time, stress, and money – of my new rig.
Not cool.
So again… if you just want an off-the-shelf item with no extras, you should not hesitate. They will be great. If not… hesitate… and get a full and complete costing, and check actual availability in your region, before ordering.
And to reiterate, this is a company policy / system issue I had. Customer support (my contact was Shiralee) was excellent.

Purchasing Additional Parts

I emailed the NLR team about buying extra pedal mounts for my flight/drive sim set up.

Calieb responded right away and set up an estimate with shipping included promptly. He was efficient and awesome to deal with.

NLR has some great policies and their customer service is even better.

5/5 All round.

Great experience at Next Level Racing!

Alec and Next Level Racing were great! I needed to order a flight seat that shipped with a frame to mount it on. I didn't need the frame as I already have an existing sim frame. I asked if there was any way I could order the seat only and fully expected that I would be told "no" based upon the current state of customer service these days. To my pleasant surprise, Alec informed me that would be no problem and only ordered what I needed from their parts department rather than all the parts that came with the seat by default. In addition, Alec kept me advised of my order status every step of the way with follow up emails and I never had to wonder what was happening behind the scenes. Through it all, Alec was courteous, personable and professional. My order arrived relatively quickly in perfect condition, and the build quality of the seat was exceptional. Next Level Racing is a prime example of outstanding customer service, and that is so very rare these days.
