Firstly the items are amazing but they are not set up to support nor dispatch to Ireland.

1. The items were ordered and it took me to get in touch to be given a date, 28 days in the future.

2. 3 days before delivery I get in touch to make sure all is as planned, I am told original date was never set up and a new date will need to be booked in, no flex.

3. Compensation gift card will be issued as an apology, it’s 3 weeks and nothing has arrived. Now the WhatsApp support cannot handle the case and I need to call a UK number to speak to a human.

They are ruining their reputation and even though the items were lovely, they left my family without a dining table close to 5 weeks. Just not acceptable

Straight forward, no messing. Free next day delivery, no minimum purchase anymore. Items returnable to any store for immediate refund. Get a text with a reliable delivery time.
Its never let me down with over 30 orders over the last few years.

Very bad service!!Lost my package TWICE in the past and today was left in the garden, and came back saying that I signed for it?! Great jeans but horrible delivery service...
