Thank you to Nicky at Next Townsmoor in…

Thank you to Nicky at Next Townsmoor in Blackburn, you have restored my faith in customer services. It took 3 phone calls yesterday to try and get through to the store. Twice I got put through to customer services, the first lady clearly didn't do what she said she would, the second one didn't listen to my issue properly!!
Thankfully 3rd time lucky I managed to get through to the store and Nicky listened to my issue and it was all solved within minutes, for which I am very grateful.
When will these companies understand we need to deal directly with the stores and not some customer service centre abroad where no one is really interested in 'customer service'! Its almost as bad as continuing to use Evri as your parcel delivery service with all the bad reviews they have and this is from experience. For for the second time a big VIP order has gone missing at Evri full of designer labels!!

Ordered online it was simple and quick had my order delivered to the store and received an email the next day to go and collect great service while in store no problems what so ever from ordering to collecting 5* from me

Misleading photos/lost delivery cost

For the price I got my TV stand, quality wasn’t there, but most of all, colour of it in pictures were different then it came. In photos looked nice warm wood, came this grey looking furniture. Send back straight away. But the fact I paid £20 for delivery and it’s not what I ordered, lost that money for their misleading photos, and said I should pay for sending it back £30, but as I’m not happy won’t need to pay, why should I lose any money anyways?! Not happy at all

I love next

I love next. It took me while to be convinced to sign up to their shipping package but I did. I don’t regret it. I can now indulge at leisure.

My whole experience from finding what I wanted to choosing sizes & adding them to my basket was so easy plus ordering & delivering to pick up was smooth sailing alerted me every step of the way & pick up was so easy & quick.

Terrible design

Terrible design. Does not do what is intended. Will be returning tomorrow. The hanger is off to the left, meaning the whole basket is permanently tilted diaganol. Id expect that from Temu - but not from Next. What happened?

Parker sofa

Bought the parker sofa less than 6 months ago and it has already creased so much even though it has hardly been sat on which us so disappointing for the money you spend on a "good quality" sofa.
The chase section cushion also sits differently/lower making it look all off and cheap. I have complained but apparently nothing is wrong. Would recommend to save your money and not purchase this sofa.

Easy online shopping
