Bought a Spiderman 2 PS5 controller but the touchpad is broken, doesn't work as well as a PS5 controller should as have to press the PS button to activate controller on a game but pauses automatically, I returned the product but never got a refund back, they deleted my account and I feel like I have been scammed as girlfriend bought it me so I have wasted £56.24. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE AS THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY as no reply via email for 3 weeks now

Took forever to get here and don't work it's a f**king scam knock off these pricks just want your money do not buy anything from them your wasting your money those five star reviews are fake I got a PS4 controller just buy one from a trusted place

Bought controller for grandsons ps4 it didn’t work returned on 3/12/23 and still waiting for replacement . Think service is rubbish won’t use company again

This company is a scam. They claim you agreed to things you didnt. Then make you agree not to file a lawsuit to get 50% back.

This comapny would not be able to operate this way any common sense laws.

Tactical backpack is so small, my wallet or a sandwich would barely fit in it. It's a tough built purse about the size of a baseball cap.
Not very useful fir carrying much at all.

Selling fake products, fake Sony ps4 controllers with poor headphone audio, plastic clicky buttons that don't feel right, but the analogue sticks had no issuse and very responsive (suprisingly)

This company has supplied me with 2 counterfeit PS4 controllers

They have offered me a refund. However, what with having to post them to the USA (I'm in the UK) - along with stories on here of people, eternally, waiting for refunds - I'll just put this down to experience and shop elsewhere, in future.

This is a cautionary tale...

Buyer beware. Ordered a telescope that was worthless, I threw in garbage . Found out I have been charged monthly for the past year 25.00 for a membership, I have now paid approximately 300.00 for a gadget from mega gadgets that originally cost 50.00. I was told I received a discount and signed up for a membership, totally scam.

Horrible, I would like to take back the one star rating, really, this fraudulent and fictitious company have made a practice of scamming their customers. I recently made a purchase on the website. I never received a confirmation of my order, or a update on when the purchased products will be shipped. Everytime I would ask for details a ticket with the same response will be sent to me via email. I asked for a refund, and instantaneously, no more tickets were received. Do not buy from this unethical company- as the company takes customer funds, and you never receive the products or merchandise. I am going to file a formal complaint with both the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. They will not get away with committing frauds and scams on hard working customers.

garbage, took weeks to arrive, no invoice or tracking number. Sold as new but not in original packaging and did not include charging cable

Took my money no payment their customer service email is fake will not work and phone number not working but they keep updating the website with new stuff. Been two weeks and nothing no word no response no product. Total scam how they are still able to be in business is beyond me I guess the fbi is to busy arresting parents at school board meetings to investigate blatant fraud.

Unfortunately, they have not fulfilled a £200 order from August 2020. I have received goods perviously, maybe 2-3 times and they have been great, but something has changed. They responded in November 2020 apologising and assuring me they will get it sorted as long as I sent the TXID, which I did but that's the last I heard from them. I have emailed twice a month since, but I do not get any response now, I've opened new tickets but similarly no response. It's such a shame as I've had some great buys from them. Anyway as it stands now, I'd advise avoiding the site. Just another story of a good one, gone bad... Ashes to ashes 😪💩

It is a scam site. DONT BUY.
They took the payment but never sent the product. They sent a most likely fake DHL tracking number which showed delivered when it wasn't.
The customer service refused to investigate and request DHL for proof. That itself shows that they never sent the packet.
