Entertaining and smart!
Music, vocals, set and story were all wonderful. A witty, interesting twist on the Shakespearean tale with a positive, uplifting message. My 12-year-old granddaughter loved it, and wants to see it again!

First and Best NY Theatre Guide Experience
I have never been to NYC and wanted to experience going to a musical. I bought tickets and realized the timing would not work for me. I needed to reschedule. Although I purchased the insurance, I did not understand how it worked. The Voucher system. I purchased new tickets not using my voucher. I reached out to Finnian and he was able to provide me with a refund even though this is not the policy. I appreciate that he went above and beyondFi to help make my trip and my show experience fantastic! My heartfelt thank you to Finnian and New York Theatre Guide

Exceptional service!
My show was cancelled. They gave me a link to book new tickets. There was a problem with my tickets and they helped right away. I appreciate the time they took to listen and solve the problem. It was a timely manner. The service was exceptional. I would definitely use them again to book tix!!!

My representative alex was very understanding and compassionate to my horrible situation. I was readmitted to the hospital for a 2nd spinal fusion surgery 5 weeks after the 1st as 3 screws became loose. The 1st person was not nice at all. We live in NYC and attend theater and Lincoln Center events all the time and I have always experienced compassion for my unfortunate situation. But your 1st rep was not nice and Alex was Great1

Fail by the venue and ticket sales
Fail by the venue and ticket sales. This was our one show while on vacation in NYC as it came recommended by friends and family. We arrived as a family of 4 with our daughter age 20 with her parents and we were not able to attend the event. Very disappointed. Hope we can at least get refunded. Maybe we will try again next year.
