I have been using NAR for several years, dealing with Yussef. I have found the service exceptionally good.

Really great work, I spill some green tea on the MacBook Air and I saw this repair store on Google. Yusuf is expertise in this area, only took less than 24 hours to fix. Nice experience, I’ll come back next time when I need help.

Yusuf was very helpful and knowledgeable. He assessed the problem while I was in his shop, and then he completed the repair very quickly and delivered the device to my home.

I can’t recommend Yusuf and his team enough! I’m a Chinese student, and my Mac broke down completely. Yusuf is such a kind and honest person, and seriously knows his stuff. My Mac wouldn’t turn on, and of course, I hadn’t backed up my data. The Genius Bar told me it would cost £800 to replace the board and that all my data would be gone — I was honestly about to have a breakdown.
I found Newtons Apple Repair on Google and didn’t have much hope, just thought maybe they could at least get my data out. Two days later, Yusuf called to say my Mac was completely fixed! Nothing needed to be changed, and all my data was still there.
When I went to pick it up, he even took the time to show me how to back everything up properly and helped me do it on my iPad and iPhone — all for free. Honestly can’t recommend him enough! I would always go back to Yusuf if there is any issue with my Apple devices.

I had a loss of data issue (serious) and *four* Apple expert advisers couldn't help me recover it. I took it to Newton's Apple repairs and their Yusuf, by thinking outside the box, solved the problem overnight. I can highly recommend him.

I won’t get into the details of my case because the reviewer has the final say in the Google review process. The thing with this technician is that he’s a good storyteller and will always come up with objections to avoid taking responsibility.

One important piece of advice: before agreeing to have any parts replaced in your iPhone or Mac, make sure to clarify all the hidden warranty clauses related to the parts he installs. This will help you avoid surprises if the part breaks and you need a warranty repair, as he doesn’t like to take responsibility for the parts he installs.

Also, be sure to check the prices of the parts he offers to install online and compare them to what he charges for the replacement. You’ll likely find that his profit margins are quite high because the parts that he installs are cheap crap that won't last long.

This is in response to the sellers message:

On my initial visit, the seller recommended replacing the screen due to water ingress and assured me that the new screen would come with a 3-month warranty and would maintain the same water-resistant properties as the original Apple screen. I agreed to the repair, but just three days later, my phone was exposed to light rain, and the screen stopped functioning. This clearly indicates that the iPhone was not properly sealed for water resistance, as promised.

When I returned with the faulty phone, the seller immediately claimed—without proper examination—that there was an "invisible internal crack" in the LCD, which wasn’t covered by the warranty. It seemed like a convenient, fictional cause to avoid responsibility and shift the blame onto me.

in the end as a solution, what happened was that he reinstalled my original screen, which he had recommended replacing during my first visit. Surprisingly, the original screen worked perfectly fine, meaning a screen replacement was never necessary in the first place. This suggests the initial diagnosis was wrong, likely intended to make a quick profit.

In the end, I paid £80 and received nothing but lies. To make matters worse, the seller gave me the box of the screen he had installed in my phone, and after checking online, I found the screen cost only £14. The quality was terrible—you couldn't even see anything while wearing glasses.

This merchant is a scammer, focused on making a quick profit rather than providing honest service.

So impressed with the service. Had a cracked screen on my macbook pro, he quoted me over the phone, took it in for repair and it was ready less than 24 hours later. Half the price of the other apple approved repairs shops as well. Highly recommend!
