My local newsagent handed over deliveries to NewsTeam in November. We pay The Telegraph for vouchers which it sends to the deliverer, leaving us to pay the delivery charge. This worked perfectly until NewsTeam took over.
NewsTeam then began invoicing for newspapers as well as delivery. I contacted them to refer them to the vouchers. They ignored my contact and issued increasingly terse payment requests. I asked several times for a reconciliation of charges, but was similarly ignored.
I contacted The Telegraph, who were extremely helpful and sent voucher copies to NT. After several further tos and fros, they finally arrived at the correct outstanding bill, which I paid immediately.
Then it all started again. They are once again charging me for papers I've already paid for and ignoring repeated email contacts. When they became more threatening, I waited, yet again, in their lengthy telephone queue and ascertained that they'd once again lost the vouchers (I'd previously confirmed with The Telegraph's excellent customer support that they'd been sent). Further duplicates have been ordered, and I've made it clear that I'll pay the correct amount immediately once a proper reconciliation is achieved.
...and three days later I've received a threatening email from them giving me 7 days to pay over £300. I estimate the correct amount to be around £50.
I could (just) accept the incompetence of repeatedly losing vouchers, but this company's ignorance and bad treatment of its customers are unacceptable.
Mostly delivered as ordered daily, but sometimes failed.
Would be good if deliverer could fold the paper so that it fits into the mailbox by the front door.

Deliveries were always first class but have slipped a little in recent weeks.
News team took over Morrisons deliveries recently and I have been impressed with their services. Prompt deliveries, and when one delivery was delayed my query was swiftly answered. I have just had a conversation with Fred to change my daily paper and the request was handled very efficiently. Highly recommended.

Non delivery of paper for 3 days was sorted very quickly by Joshua Brown due to deliverer misunderstanding the address. Josh sorted the problem and today’s paper delivered within an hour

Sadly the “goodies”, toilets rolls etc kept coming unannounced when I had specifically requested a monthly delivery. In fact 3 litre bottles of milk arrived over a period of 7 days!
A call to N T Group lead me delightfully to Diane Webb!
Between us, after explanation, the problem was resolved and now hopefully I will have delivered your produce on the correct intervals.

Generally speaking our paper arrives quite early in the morning which is great but there are times when it arrives mid morning. I assume this is due to staffing issues/holidays etc.
