After my experience so far I felt like I need to write something. It is interesting how so many seem to have an awful experience.

They are slow, rude, incompentent and overally disappointing. My previous landlords were so much better. Several basic ammenities haven't been working for weeks. I shudder to think what happens if there are more important issues.

I cannot believe they sold to them. The sad thing is that housing is so competitive in Stockholm that they will always find tenants no matter how bad they are.

Newsec is worst property company in copenhagen. Today I saw that I have a penalty for my car parking on basement floor. I am paying huge amount of money for my rental in bagsvaerd, also I am monthly paying extra money for my car parking, But they charged me for car parking which I am already paying for it.

My bicycle was stolen before on the basement where many cameras are located. And they answered me all cameras are not working. Also my neighbors bicycles were stolen as well.

My floor heating has not been working properly for last two months. There are pest inside the apartment.

Asap I will move from here, and strongly recommend new people not to rent any property from newsec.

Worst landlord i ever had in Sweden, they dont care about handling any requests and constantly lying to you/giving you false information.
incompetence at the highest level, if you see them as landlord at any building dont move there!!! its not worth it, you better find something else.
